Hi Jason. I’ve been listening to your videos since my mum was diagnosed with an incurable cancer in 2019. You have made sleeping possible for me ever since and I’m so grateful for that. Try some of his other beautiful guided meditations that have other imagery - a white marble staircase, a garden path to... it is to draw back your busy mind so your healing space is available to you.
