Sourabh, you have a tremendous amount of knowledge. I understood, you know the basics of banking very well, even more than that. Your mannerism is good; you speak well. But, you must listen to a question properly. Don't get confused within yourself. Do not start with giving full forms of a term when asked. Try to use a simple vocabulary. Impressive words are not always well fitted. Prepare more on your background and HR questions. Try to minimize jazzing of hands while explaining. A little bit of more confidence and less nervousness needed. If rectified, you could be the ideal candidate. All the best!

he doesnot listen to the interviewer.... they were telling to read and write monetary policy ... he jus starts to tell the content he mugged ....he should listen so that they may know he is a good listener or not

Fluency is not a very necessary part i guess. If there is a knowledgable person, you can ignore it upto some extent. I am sure, he can speak hindi and his native language fluently which is much needed.
