No one explains this fight to an understandable level... The altar tubes fill red, at 2 minutes charging they are full and it's game over. Grabbing the cube and you have to hold it not on the ground somewhere. Each time teammates take out the mouth weakpoint during frenzy it takes off half or 1 minutes of charge of the altar tubes. After that you place it back and beat on it some more. Make note of when placed back or keep an eye on tubes.

This fight made me realize how much this game could benefit from omnidirectional sprint and a module that increases movement speed. Naturally, Bunny would be a better cube runner, but you aren't able to activate skills while holding it and it's sometimes difficult to remember to activate lightspeed before grabbing the cube.

you can destroy the mouth when he goes immune,if you've played the game you know there's certain weak spots you can still hit when a boss goes immune

Getting your resistance to at or above the recommended levels is really, really, really important.

no its really not stop spreading misinformation, its much better to just go for defence and HP, never waste mod slots on attribute resistance, new players can easy get increased hp, stim acc, and spear and shield, even increased defence on top if they are really bad at the game. elemental resistance only makes a difference early game

We have people in the comments saying resistance doesn’t matter and just focus on HPs then DEF. Easy to get confused. I always run the recommended resistance or higher but have been using equipment rather than mods.

You just have too stand underneath to the side you won’t get hit with lasers and you can hit mouth easy

I have the top tier reactors processors memory stuff like that and I have my guns at level 100 me and everyone I play with always get the hanged man down to half strength and does an instant kill move on us every time we can't beat them I don't know if it's a glitch or something

You don’t need to kill the hanged man before you can get level 100 gear

You can reach level 100 weapon without reaching hangman boss. Btw the max level for all weapon is 100, there no 200 level weapon

you just need to finish the main story, then go on hard difficulty and start doing any activity, all weapons and components drop lvl 100.

the wipe mechanic happens if u let the vials fill up and dont pick up the cube. pick up cube to prevent it and shoot its mouth to drain the vials. then put the cube back in to damage the boss

It's the red vials that fill up, if they fill up completely before you take the cube and drain the vials he team wipes

You complete all the dialogues and go to the robot instructor where u claim hanged man as sub quest
