Who’s friendship is better for Scar? Maleficent or the Queen of Hearts, and why?

I find they are both useful, I suppose if your team is staying alive, the Maleficent one is decent, especially if Merlin with The Beast disk is up to support. Usually, I like to support Scar heavily, and have him go to town as all his companions are KO'd, with the increased haste from the Queen disk.
