What +ShameimaruReports is correct. However, you can also just hold down+back, then up+back+kick (flash kick), and then do forward, back, forward+punch very fast. Some people find that input easier. Good luck!

+ShoRyuBarbie unlike in SFxTK, you need to do double inputs for super moves. So it's hold back, forward, another back, another forward + ANY punch button(s).

+SpamyGirl Charge characters differ from motion characters because they must hold either down or back to get "charge" and then they move to up or towards respectively and then press a button to get their special move to come out. Motion characters don't need to "charge", they do the motion and the move just comes out (e.g. Ryu). Essentially, what this means is that charge characters tend to be much more defensive because they can't hold charge and move forward at the same time.
