In my experience Bridget is one of the most difficult characters if you are a beginner, because of choice paralysis. With most other character it is kind of obvious on how to get effective offense started, while with Bridged it is not obvious at all on where to send your yoyo and you need to plan further ahead than normal.

Before Strive Bridget was considered a man by the community and characters in the game. Pretty sure she reiterates that she’s a man several times in this game’s story mode when confused for a woman, so that’s why you won’t see anyone referring to her as a woman before Strive came out.
