Technically non-canon but yes this is his ‘canon’ human form. Since his true form is that he can turn his shape into anything tho, in theory if he and ABA REALLY want him to, he can prolly gain a human form in the main STRIVE canon too.

Paracelsus is still an axe, he just is very key-shaped. He did this to attract A.B.A's attention back when he was left to rust. To my understanding he can change his body a bit, such as the goat head form here, and him becoming blue in Strive.
