We felt it's important that we talk about our wellbeing and how we support ourselves to feel good by indulging in our guilty pleasure!

Sometimes I feel guilty when I have had a day when I really haven't done much at all except watched KZbin. I started taking art classes when I retired at 65 and sometimes I feel guilty when I haven't finished a piece of art because I have been binge watching KZbin. I love chocolate and have even considered that if I get to 80 (I'm 70) I might just eat chocolate all the time and nothing else.♥️

Ha ha Margot, I wonder what would happen if we just ate chocolate and nothing else. I think I could eat Dairy Milk non stop! Maybe if we did that we'd crave fruit & veg? Who knows.

@@RhianWarlow That is an interesting theory. Probably when I weighed 20 stone and was covered in spots even at 80 I might reconsider lol

Hi Rhian, i absolutely love Lego, I’m in the middle of building the Taj Mahal! It’s going to look fabulous when finished. I have always loved Lego, I build it with my young grandson too. Love chilling out with utube and watching all my utube ‘friends’ who inspire me just as you do. ☺️ lovely video Rhian especially in the garden on a beautiful evening xx

I am undoubtedly a social introvert.peace and quiet are essential for me.I just retired after 40 years as a mental health nurse.so far no guilty feelings.

My guilty pleasure is sitting on the sofa with a cup of tea and a good book or film to watch (especially if it’s wet and windy outside)……I’m with you on the pick and mix, love them together with Mars Bars and Bounty’s………bliss😁

I enjoyed this Rhi. Pleasures I enjoy without guilt include the following in no particular order. Jelly babies, Magnum ice lollies, Cadburys chocolate, watching KZbin videos and doing absolutely nothing😂

I have been retired longer than you so don't have the guilt thing, and i do, like you, need that time to myself on occasion to be able to function! Hi Rhian, like you I retired about 18 months ago, I was a TA, it was hard work but rewarding, but I don't miss it, I think we have earned the right to do whatever we want. I am more of a chocolate girl than a pick & mix girl but not allowed too much these days. My son used to work in a lego shop so we have tons of lego here. Take care 😊

I love chocolate too Jean, but I try not to eat too much of it though. Oh I bet your son had some fun working there. It's very rewarding working in schools isn't it but hard work! I'm glad I've retired now x

There are days when I feel it is wrong to be so free and not overloaded by work! Then I remember all the 10 hour days without much of a break I did for so long, and worked hours that I was not paid for! So I think ‘No, it is pay back time’. I hope you enjoyed the sun with the bird song, and you lapped it up!

My pleasure Rhi is having a quiet time first thing in the morning with a big mug of coffee before my husband gets up. Chocolate and ice cream of course, always vanilla. Going to bed early and listening to The Archers on catch up. The sun has deserted us again. X❤

Hi Rhi, really enjoyed your video, it's so interesting what a guilty pleasure is to different people. My DIL bought pick n mix at the NEC a couple of weeks ago when we went to see Girls Aloud & it cost £25!!!! 😮

Hi Rhi my guilty pleasure is any chocolate don't buy very often because once it is open will eat the whole box or large bar in one sitting - after the initial high feel yucky. Nice little video popping over to Kim next❤
