Jessica 100% sabotaged Harvey with what she did because Harvey stepped out from under her thumb. He had a plan to make it a win-win for everyone, and she back-doored the board to jump ahead and kick her off the board before his plan could go into motion.

Jessica is absolutely in the wrong, and she 100% did it because Harvey didn't listen. Everyone likes to talk about how amazing Jessica is, but she's just as emotional and just as petty as the rest of them.

honestly right now, im feeling like Robert Zane is the best managing partner out of all of them, but that's only because im in early season 8, and knowing Suits, things can go in a wonky direction that may make me change my mind or given the shittiness of the season 8 episodes so far, who knows?
