They're not allowed to act unbecoming, both in professional and personal situations, and these standards are ALWAYS to be upheld. Commiting assault, regardless of charges pressed, would be immediate disbarment if the person could prove they were fully defending themselves.

Well Jessica was the MVP after all. Yeah Harvey and Mike were the gunslingers and Louis was the grinder, unappreciated guy whonstrives gor attemtion, Donna just being Donna and all, but Jessica was the BOSS! He was CC&C even when squeezed into the tightest corner, not to mention keeping these gunslingers in check.

@prashanthikantheti5714 Meaning every time Harvey was going to get what he wanted. Donna changed it without Harvey's knowledge, or it's too late. For example, Donna almost got Harvey arrested for destroying evidence without his knowledge. Another time when Havery broke privilege for giving information to a partner (alex) when he shouldn't have. He told Donna as well and Donna told her boyfriend (a client) at the time when she shouldn't have which got Harvey investigated. She always thought she knew best for most situations.
