This video makes no sense, however i now have the image of Rouxl Kaard trying to suck up to Queen, but because they are so incredibly opposed to eachother as people, with Queen being 10 minutes of screentime away from saying skibidi ohio rizz, and Rouxl literally speaking like a bad Shakespeare impersonator, that Queen completely ignores his advances or literally has no idea what he is saying. He then proceeds to do his best to exists in the cyberworld, becoming what he thinks a computer pirate would be, and is stuck waiting in the acid lake of the mansion because thats the only thing vaguely like a body of water to sail a ship in. On a serious note though, I do believe Rouxls will get a serious moment eventually, although I've always expected it as more of a weird route thing where, instead of having a silly final game against RK and befriending him for real at last (a thing that would happen in a normal run), you get a pissed Rouxls trying to actually stop you, either because he cares about your sins, or because you consistenly skipped his puzzles through the weird sequence-breaky thing Snowgrave has going for it.

Still watching the video (Great video so far) so not sure if this is mentioned, but as a Rouxls Knight crack addict, I'd like to add some things here regarding the part about him having determination. Rouxls has similarities to Flowey in that he is aware of the limitations of the game. When he's in your party in Chapter 2, you can see the following flavor text spoken by Rouxls himself. "Thou gazeth upon a man most handsometh. This daringst genius, adoredeth beyondth all hey" Turns out, he's cut off by the text box limitations. You can find the full line in the code. "hey let me speakst". So he is aware that he is being cut off by the text box limitations. He is aware of the game mechanics, much like Flowey. Flowey has determination. Is this evidence that Rouxls has determination??? MAYBE!!! Alternatively, his charging animation for his true power before he turns to stone looks a lot like the charge up animation Berdly does when he's about to make a dark fountain. Maybe Rouxls' true power is to create dark fountains despite a lack of determination! YOU CAN'T DISPROVETH IT! OR, MAYBE because he's the RULES CARD, he just said "Rule: Rouxls can goeth to the light world" and he did it because he's SO AWESOME oh yeah also the literal sound of a dark fountain being opened at the end of chapter 2 when kris opens one is just rouxls' teleportation sound slowed down, that one haunts my dreams

Interestingly, Kris still had Lancer and Rouxls in their pocket while creating the Dark Fountain (you can look into their inventory while in the bathroom after they slash the tires and check). While I severely doubt that Rouxls is the Knight (or any darkener for that matter it just doesn't make any sense), I do think that means that Lancer and Rouxls will likely have a persistent presence throughout the game. Perhaps Lancer will remain in your pocket throughout the chapters to give his flavor text like he did in Chapter 2 and avoid turning to Stone. While Rouxls could maybe slip off every now and then for more mini boss fights or puzzle shenanigans.

Good theory, but one tiny thing: In Chapter 2, when you go to the light world with Lancer and Rouxls in your pocket, you have 2 Cards in your pocket: "The Jack of Spades, and the Rules Card." - When you check the 'Cards' you have. Ralsei didn't go in Kris' pocket, Rouxls did. Also when you fall into the Cyber World, a little sparkle goes out of Kris' pocket, then when you interact with Lancer immediately after that, he says: "Hohoho! ROUXLS jumped out of your pocket! How dadcrobatic! (Lesser)" - This proves that Rouxls exited Kris' pocket, and those sequences of actions, from Rouxls and Lancer going into Kris' pocket, to Kris going into the Light World, now having a Jack of Spades and a Rules Card, to Rouxls jumping out of Kris' pocket, proves that Rouxls Kaard is the RULES CARD. also his name is quite literally a badly mispelt version of 'Rules Card' soo

To counter that argument, because people use it all the time to justify Noelle knight as well, it would take a lot of gas out of the reveal of the Knight if we found out they were essentially an entirely new character that was just acting like someone else. Like, if Rouxls is the Knight but doesn't act anything like Rouxls as the Knight, then is Rouxls even really the Knight? There's also the issue of motive. Why does the Knight need to put on an act? For Rouxls there's almost no reason past initially tricking the Lightners to take them off guard or something. There'd have to be something he needs the gang around for, which is certainly possible, but it does add even more legwork for Rouxls Knight to need to justify itself. For Noelle it's slightly better given it feels like there's at least been a bit of build up for her having a dark side, but it still seems weird why she'd need to hide it. Like, has she really been putting up this fake front even at school just to get away with being the Knight? Basically what I'm saying is it's not impossible, true, but it's also really hard to substantiate.

Hi GuiltyFlygon. I remembered this video existing and searched "rouLX kaard knight" (see the misspelling). I don't know how or why but the algorithm showed me about a dozen Rouxls Kaard videos (a few about him being the knight) and then went into irrelevant topics. I fully believed for a good 3 minutes that I mandela effect'd this video and that it didn't exist. I then searched with correct spelling and it was the second the result. I have absolutely no idea what/if you can do with these information, but I found it really strange lmao
