I;ve always said Joe Walsh didn't join the Eagles, they joined him and this right here explains why.

I love Joe Walsh! He is so brilliant and gifted! I got to see Jackson Browne and Joe Walsh at a No Nukes concert in Santa Fe, NM back in 1981, I was 16 and couldn't believe I was sitting there in the midst of such greatness with those two musicians!!

Though the sound quality isn't perfect that is the best Live clip of Joe back in the day. Not many people find it. It's very "of its time." Re: the James gang - the best stuff with Joe is on their live album - Live at Carnegie Hall 1971 - as live albums go a hidden gem....

best version is him with friends on Don Kirshner's rock concert, thou his guitar solo is better here

Joe is the real deal...Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist and my favorite thing is his Lyrics. I don't ever pay attention to lyrics much but I always notice Joe's work.

Saw Joe open the Beach Boys 1973 New Year's show with his band Barnstorm. Joe came back at midnight and the Beach Boys finished with all their R'nR classics (Fun Fun Fun, 409, Surfin' USA etc) Joe looked like he was having the time of his life, duckwalking across the stage with Carl Wilson and Al Jardine, playing all those old Chuck Berry riffs. It wasn't the best concert I've ever seen but it was probably the most fun I ever had at a concert and I'm an old Deadhead. The crowd was rockin' their asses off!

Don Henley can be seen in the audience watching. He was wanting to see if he should ask him to join The Eagles.

He reminds me of the Highlander after cutting off another immortal's head - through the whole piece he was being zapped as he wielded his powers. And boy did he ignite drummer Joe Vitale at this show! Magnificent! Next, do The Bomber (complete) by The James Gang.

Funny. I was just watching episodes of the Conners' Joe plays a deadbeat dad. He is father to Dan's oldest granddaughter's boyfriend. He shows up every so often. To raid Dan's fridge / steel beer. While insulting his own son, non stop. He's good. It's pretty hilarious.

Hey Biz! Joe Walsh is an amazing guitartist. You should out "The Confessor" and "Meadows" next. Also, I highly recommend an unsung legend: Frank Marino and Mahagony Rush Live At Agora Theater, the songs "It's Begun to Rain" and "Something's Coming Our Way", I think you'll be impressed. ✌️☮️🎼🎶🎸🎵💯

You should react to this live version he did with The Eagles in 1976 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHKXqIuwmZysia8 (video quality is awful) but an epic back and forth on the guitars from Walsh/Felder and an amazing solo from Felder too.

Do you need a new guitar hero? SRV, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Either Voodoo Chile or even better, Texas Flood. Don't pick anything other than live performance. To me, SRV is the G.O.A.T.
