You’re incredible mark. All 10 minutes of these two vids there’s like no mistakes! Thanks for showing all these methods. I hope you’re doing well all these years later :)

It's been like 6 years since I first watched these and I still play that F# G F# hammer on pull off bit on the wrong beat half the time lol

At least you can hear the difference! To my mind that is all that is needed to be able to eventually work it out. Thanks for the story!

@@questionmarke Yah, I trick myself now to make it easier by playing another alteration of the G chord on that 3rd beat when I'm tempted to do the hammer on. Cool to see ur still active on here! I slaved in front of your lessons for hours upon hours way back in my teens n know now how lucky I am you ever even made this content, given how scarce good tutorials like this are. Amazes me going back to these videos how you never really got anything wrong in them because your intent from the start was to make them slightly your own, slightly accessible and just to play them the way you felt expressed what you had heard the best. I've always felt it's so obnoxious watching a video where someone tells me what finger to fret x string with, what downstroke or upstroke to play the rhythym on, etc etc. Always felt with your tutorials that I could just get into the feel of the song myself and let it all come together with a bit of guidance rather than rote learning, and for that reason all of these Jeff Buckley songs are still my favourite to play because you really helped me to make me feel like my versions were my own. (Not to mention the fact that they're just great, great songs) Hope ur well and life is good brother
