Sometimes I need to just chill and watch Kurt Fletcher, not just to learn the feel and the groove in my own playing but to learn how to stay mellow, smiling, and be grateful to be alive. I am so envious of his chill personality that hopefully some of it will rub off to make me a better person as well as a better guitarist.

Simple way of teaching the techniques to bring out that melodic sound from the strings. I think most of us have overthought guitar learning thus giving it up in frustration so easily. Are you in the same boat ? Fletcher has the answers.

I love your approach to teaching and playing, to me it's all about understanding and realizing the importance of basic music theory, to me it is this, 1major 2minor 3minor 4major 5major 6minor 7diminished and for a minor progression you make the 6th chord the starting point of the progression, so it goes 1minor 2 diminished 3major 4minor 5minor 6major 7major, that's when it clicked for me, I love the Gratefull Dead, and jazz music, it's all about understanding some very basic concepts , I think of it as there is really only one neverending tune, kind of like learning the language, and then you can say whatever you want to, and the blues is the best of all Haha!!!
