Your mom is the coolest mom I’ve ever seen. I’m 16 as well and I love korn because I’m a metalhead, I discovered nirvana during a time of grief over the death of one of my cats and that opened the floodgates into the genre of metalcore and nu metal, and I was bound to eventually listen to korn and fall in love because of my guilty pleasure for Nu Metal despite being such a hated genre in the community. I just love the aggressiveness of your generic limp bizkit imitator and korn has that but they’re different in a good way; their Metal roots outweigh the hip hop which makes them a lot more enjoyable although having a rapper wouldn’t have been a problem. And I just love how their attires didn’t match the sound of their music at times lol, like fieldy dresses the most hip hop while the rest all dress like your generic metalhead in the early 2000s.
