You don't necessarily need to be legendary to be worthy of your own Signature model, Fender believed he was worthy and I'm not going to argue with them. Considering he is lead guitarist for the only 90s rock band to survive the decade I would say that he has made noteworthy contributions to the musical community and if I had the extra cash I would definitely pickup one of these myself.

I'm guessing you're a fan. I like some of their music too All companies have marketing strategies including Fender and they looked at the numbers and said we can possibly sell at least 50,000 units based on demographics. He's a good guitarist but truthfully, e's not one of the greats. If Cobain wasn't part of a scene where might Grohl be today without Nirvana? The music industry turned into lucky breaks for the most part years ago. You should have a signature guitar too in my opinion. PeaCe...

Everyone is getting their own signature instrument these days it seems... Is this guy a legend worthy of a signature instrument? I think it's a marketing move to get foo fighter fans to buy it but that just my personal thoughts on the matter. Steve Morse is definitely worthy of a signature guitar, this I get... The new store in New Jersey is cool but some of the staff are pompous horrible. The cool people make it worth going there though so it balances out...
