Jack does all this incredible guitar playing in this video but then you go see him play live and he pulls out a slide and can turn Derek Trucks head with his licks. The guy is so versatile. A complete guitarist. Rory is a a monster from another planet. Seriously that guy makes me want to hide under my bed and never come out. He's proof there is a God.

Starting 2020 off right! Embarrassed to say I just stumbled across this. I’ve loved listening and watching Jack Pearson for quite a while. And Rory....WOW....so gifted. Cracks me up how Jack plays an inexpensive Squier guitar (heard him joke once that they’re “custom made for in Indonesia” haha) through a $2k amp! At the end of the day, all three of these guys are great example of how years of practice coupled with natural talent can create beautiful music! ✌🏻🙂🎼

Jack can comp chords as well as any pianist. I. Love how jack can intersperse. Single note soloing with. Harmonic chords and octaves Additionally when. Sort of noodling. Chromatically. Tastefully brushes just the treetops of arpeggios. Descending. Smoothely. Super killer and Hoffman is. Absolutely fabulous lap style player that. Is less well known then he prolly should be

+Scottyrafferty I think the guitar is a Valley Arts Brent Mason Custom Pro. If I'm right, here's some info. for you: The Signature’s most notable features are its Gibson mini-humbucker in the neck position, Duncan Hot Stack for Strat humbucker in the middle slot, and Duncan Classic Stack for Tele humbucker at the bridge. A separate volume control allows the middle pickup to be blended in with the other pickups. The Signature Custom Pro also has a push-pull function on the tone control that activates a coil tap on the middle pickup.
