Hi Tony. When you switched from minor chord prog to major chord prog, you don't have to go to a major pentatonic scale.... minor scale works over major progression, especially in a blues setting.

Thanks again Tony...I've just bought myself a looper pedal...I'm trying to learn some lead guitar and learn all the notes on fretboard... .Been a Strummer for 20 odd years.....this will help tremendously, I noticed on the Am pentatonic, when you were soloing you played the 3rd fret low E string G note ..?? Is that an extended scale ? from what you showed at start of lesson ....hope your having a few hot toddies mate..get well ...

You true to the cause. But please take care of your health. You being sick isn't doing all of your followers any good. But then again, you are Tony, so I shouldn't be surprised at your dedication to teach the masses how to jam on the guitar 🎸

Tony, i understand what you are doing. However. I have been playing guitar on and off for a couple of years. Yet I'm still a beginner. That is a loop that you mad in order to do this lesson on how to solo or sound good in the loop. My thinking to get more views. You should show the basic cords in the loop then get into the solo part of the lesson. Alot of people like me have the gear but don't have time to play work life etc. So we can make that loop you are performing, then add what you are teaching into it. Then we can jam to the loop you provided. That we did on our looper pedal. How exciting it would be to make a loop on our own because of our teacher, then jam over it. Kiss keep it super simple

Thats quite funny ,as i spent maybe 18 months jamming the pentatonic 5 scales in my brain ,and my irish buddy plays great rhythm guitar ,but once he starts ,i was always sayin g to him ,what key are you in ? .He got so carried away with the song ,it took me about 3 calls to him to give me the key ,so i knew where to start my lead backing .
