Hi people, I have an antique antique white Strat that had a scratch about the size of a dime that was into the finish, I went on youtube and seen this commercial, I was a skeptical but it appeared to really work so I ordered the kit and I was totally blown away from the outcome, totally removed the scratched spot and there was no way to ever tell it was there. This stuff works for in the finish scratches at least it did on my guitar. Best 25.00 I could have spent to fix the problem, bravo to the folks who make this product.

If you are hesitant to try this stuff, don’t be! It seriously works!! I originally wasn’t going to order it because I thought it would be a waste of $25 and not work or worse that it might further damage the finish of my $4,000 Gibson SJ-200 even more. Despite my hesitation I was desperate and took a shot on it. Boy am I happy I did cause it actually worked. If I didn’t use it myself I would have never believed it could actually work. I assume that it works by removing a light layer of lacquer to eliminate the scratch cause it really gone. It now like car scratch “remover” where if fills the scratch to hid it. This stuff really removes the scratches and after polishing with the red compound it look factory perfect. Keep in mind that it won’t fix any crazy damage that does past the lacquer. Also, it DOES NOT work on matte, satin, semi-gloss, or other non gloss finishes. It must be a gloss finish to work properly. Try it out for yourself. It’s worth every penny in my book.

This product. most definitely removes scratches, cloudiness and even makes larger scratches less noticeable. You can take that to the bank! I just ordered the kit and used it on two different acoustic guitars. Huss and Dalton and a new Fairbanks. I started with the blue the finished with the red.

Hey, Keith, I just bought a used Ibanez Premium Espresso Burst (which has no pick guard) and it has what I think are a lot of pick scratches. I write "I think" because they're not individual scratches, but a small area of matte-like dullness. I'm assuming that a whole lot of scratches made this dullness in the finish. Do you think this product could remove that dullness?

Hi Vic, nice guitar you own - yes it usually works great in this situation. Dullness is pretty easy to restore assuming the guitar was high gloss to begin with. The product is excellent and should work nicely for the Ibanez. Also if you check out our video on the purple electric guitar, the scratches put into that guitar do resemble dullness and you'll see how fast they come out in most cases. Have a great day.

No, it's totally different then carnauba wax. Our polishes actually refine & improve the surface, so the scratches wont come back unless you scratch it again. Wax simply covers temporarily, and will wear off. Les Paul high gloss finish is ok, yes. thanks.

hi Zakk, it resurfaces and levels just the very top layer at a tiny microscopic level to refine and remove the scratch. For this reason it is safe for repeat use and not as harsh as other compounds that remove way too much material. Full instructions are included

InTheDesertRain Hi, sorry about your scratch. Since your guitar is a satin finish its probably best to leave it as is because our product is designed for high gloss finishes. While you may get the scratch out with our product the satin finish will be changed (and most likely become high gloss) so for that reason we can't officially recommend polishing a satin guitar.

If you know the surface is clean you don't have to spray first, but as a best practice it's a good idea to spray with a detail spray to get the surface dirt off.

Hi Wilson, yes - in most cases after you're done polishing with the blue you'll want to go over it one or two times with the red to achieve the best final mirror luster. On some colors especially lighter colored finishes, you will be fine finishing with just the blue.

Hi Larry, it doesn't fill the scratch, it polishes it away by smoothing out the sides of the scratch with each pass of the polish & towel. This way there is no filler to wear off, so the scratch doesn't come back unless you scratch it again. Thanks.
