3/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida )
1/4 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1/4 Tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
2 Tsp Hot oil
2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
2 long (Clove)
1 Small Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Small Pc Tej Patta (Bay leaves)
2 Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed )
1 Big size Onion finely chopped or Grated
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Lasun ki paste (Garlic paste)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste ₹
2 Medium Size Aloo Medium chopped (potato )
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder

1 Cup Hot water
1 Cup Hot water

1 Tsp Deshi Ghee
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped )
Serve with Roti,Paratha ,Puri and Jeera Rice or Plain Rice
