We can't rule off Ding with his 1st loss in this match. Ding is still in good form as he just outplayed Gukesh with a relatively inferior French Defence with Black pieces. There is a rest day. So I could feel both would refresh well. As Gukesh made a comeback before the rest day it seems like he would calmly try to hold a draw. Maybe that gonna be taken as an advantage for Ding. As the match now heated it seems an ideal situation for Ding to bring his best. With white pieces I feel he could press for a win. Maybe we can see Ruy Lopez from Ding or the Larsen opening. I feel he would surely press for a win. Match becomes exciting as both the players showing great signs of playing high quality chess.
