what a game, ding started blitzing top engine moves
@eufrosniad9947 күн бұрын
I think doing it in the endgame in classical is more likely since the number of pieces are less. Still impressive for sure.
@Kishblockpro7 күн бұрын
@@eufrosniad994 quite the opposite haha, the endgame has much more complexity, the number of possible moves and strategy is more than in the middle game or opening. That’s why Magnus is known for his endgame strength, he has a great intuition for it
@adomaskuzinas21377 күн бұрын
@@eufrosniad994 wrong! Most mistakes happen in the endgame - due to the price of every move increasing progressively, also usually in the endgame players tend to be in time trouble.
@eyeofhorus13017 күн бұрын
It feels the opposite, super GMs almost always draw endgames not much potential to win in that phase
@adomaskuzinas21377 күн бұрын
@@eyeofhorus1301 thinking fallacy! Its very rare for a chess game to be decisive immediately out of the opening, even if a GM blunders in the opening they will find chances and maybe draw or even win the resulting endgame. In other words - endgames are extremely complex and the results depend not only on endgame play, but also on what had happened in the opening and middlegame. Yes, some theoretical endgames are drawn, but its just the nature of chess.
