I know your Maharashtrian, as still u asked what is Maharashtrian culture. Bollywood & web series always get influence by western culture and they want to show same to public, two platform is already race to be like western culture have multiple partners, have enjoyment one night stand, etc, but they cannot show be in relationship or even you are changing the partner or seeking the partner be faithful in relations. Now our Maharashtrian film industries also getting join or moving towards in the same race today film industries whether hindi, marathi, gujarati etc do not have proper stories like south Indian. At least they show family unity in every films they are attached to the roots & culture and live simple life style eg:- even if they come for press conference, they check the muharat, pooja, etc before starting movies. If you notice a day when this modi, BJP, RSS has arrived in central govt & states politics they have passed bills & rules same western culture like America. For eg:- modi govt has already passed the law even if a wife is having affair can bring the partner to her/ his house without permission of husband and vice versa etc there are many more try to search or recall it. This party BJP, modi & RSS is influenced by america they are puppet. Same congress was influenced by Russia & china. This BJP party has trying to push the western culture through films, movies, webseries, etc and they will glorify these stories & culture this correct way of life to be. If our parents have took the same thinking in there era as today's movies showing the western culture as right way of life then we would have not got big family and relatives and joint families get to gather etc. Western culture people are alone in there life no one is to guide them in relations & life etc, that why they go in wrong directions in there life. Many more things can be said on this topics. At least congress area was good for 70 years with movies comedy movies and people were attached to there culture.
