Kabhi pudiney ki chutney me bhi gulab jamun daal kar khhaalo.. jyunki jamin toh bahut meetha hota hai.. toh chutney sab level.kardega.. aaj kal kuch bhi banaake traditional disges ka kabaada kartey hain... Satya naaa

The voice over doesn’t sync with the chef’s words. And his Hindi accent is comical even to my South Indian ears😀. For a professional of Mr. Khanna’s stature this shouldn’t have passed... Got bored watching just one dish...the gulab Jamison soufflé. Jamoon is such a light sweet and to add eggs and extra sugar makes it too rich. Anyway egg in jamoon sound weird. Sorry chef. I prefer to leave some traditional classics as they are. Because they are iconic dishes. Give me that street vendor’s jamoon any day.
