Egy kis történelem. Ennek a desszertnek a magyar nevei: dorongos fánk, dorongfánk, botra tekercs, kürtősfánk, kürtős pánkó, fánsült kalács, kürtőskalács. Ezek mind ugyanannak a süteménynek a nevei.
