I tried it out it was good but the color was yellowish and not reddish may be adding more Kashmiri chili powder will bring the color and i tried to grind it in blender so the powder was not grounded well some daal remained coarsely grounded . Quite big chunk and i was unable to chew it . Though I roast daal properly but still we haven’t cook it so if not finely grounded . You not able to eat it . Can anyone suggest type of food processor used ?

You can strain in a flour strainer and then again blend the remaining chunks .

Sujata mixer is best with 900HP , whereas others are on 600HP...which is not so powerful to grind these hard grains

Main isliye poochh rahi hun kyunki main yah recipe TRAI kar rahi hun dekhne mein bahut testi hai bahut yummy hai but Jo ingredients samajh nahin aaenge to use kaise kar sakte hain hamen masale use karna hai isliye aap samjhaie ki yah kya hai

You can eat it with anything, dosas, idlis etc etc. before eating mix some ghee in the powder

No one added coconut or turmeric in gunpowder chutney. May be do your homework before commenting. Mustard seeds are optional too .
