Whooo! Meli is back. The kit I would most like to see as a real grade is the Grimgerde from IBO. One of the coolest Char clone suits ever made, IMO. It’s sleek and simple. A masterpiece of mecha design.

I bought a couple of Real Grades since they were released around 2012 I think, and absolutely agree that Kshatriya has to be in the RG line. I'd love to see how they use modern building practices and designs to upgrade the kit. That buddy needs some love

If I could chose one mech to be made into a Real Grade, while there are many contenders, I would right now say that the 0079 GM deserves it. The basic GM from Mobile suit Gundam hasn’t had a new kit in a long while and with the Zaku II already having a RG, I think it would be a fun one for Bandai to do.

In my opinion a RG version of the Hyaku Shiki would be really cool, but they don't have to use the same gold coating as the Phenex, it would ruin the entire kit

Meli, the first kit I ever built was the MS-14 Gelgoog. It was an old kit from the 80’s and required glue. I was a tween when I asked my mom to buy it. I was so excited because my mom wouldn’t ever buy me kits because she was worried about me breathing in fumes from model glue. Whelp, that Galgoog ended up being such a disappointment because it required glue and really needed paint with its unfinished looking duo-tone parts. It was the reason I thought Gunpla required glue until I built the Deathsythe Hell ten years later and thought it was a cheater kit for the ease of snapping pieces together. As far as a kit that I would love to see make it to Real Grade, I am definitely going to say the MS-07B Gouf. And, then all the versions of Goufs after that.

The kits that I really want to have a RG line are the other Gundams from Wing/EW series since theyre all bunch of Wing and Tallgeese variants, I know their HGs looks good, but enough for me and I dont want to start building MG line again since Ive got a smaller room after transferring to another country

Let's be real, G Gundam was a bit of a fever dream for everybody. A horse was piloting a horse Gundam in that show. I liked their designs though. I'd be down for a RG Gundam X or a Double X.

The mobile suit I'd most like to see in RG is the jesta. It's a really cool grunt suit that doesn't have any gimmicks that would make the build janky... and they can make the shield arm the ms joint. . . Or the tequila/ / spike gundam with Sombrero tilting ms-joint would be cool too. Thanks for coming back to KZbin, Missed ya. I've only got the legs of my god gundam done. I'd really want a Barbatos Lupus Rex in RG. Iron Blooded Orphans definitely needs at least a single one, and the Lupus Rex has a lot of detail that could be brought out in RG, and the articulation could potentially be tightened to better deal with that huge mace.
