There is one underrated seed you missed that is great for and a staple intake of healthy Protein. The wonderful Hemp seeds. It's a better intake of Protein than meat and doesn't contain new 5 AG. Super food for sure.

As an italian I agree hazelnut are amazing, If you come here and especially need a snack when trekking or going around for energy the best ever is the "Novi fondente nero con nocciole intere" basically "Novi, dark fondent with whole hazelnuts" is a 70% dark chocolate with hazelnuts so nice and yummy and made in italy, recommended✌️

Totally agree. Italien hazelnuts are the best. They are more expensive than the Turkish but worth every penny. Chocolate with hazelnuts from Piemont is a great treat. Love it. ❤

Pistachio is my favorite nut. I like pecans a lot, but since they contain lectin, I’ll avoid them. Walnuts are a superfood, no doubt; but, besides using them for pesto (i.e., as a substitute for pine nuts), I don’t really like their taste. Dr G, what are some of the lectin-free, nutrient-packed tropical nuts? Cashews and peanuts (or groundnuts) are widespread. It is difficult finding an assortment of healthy nuts. Dr G, you left out coconut! I’m sure you will give it an A-not an S-because of its saturated fat content

Watermelon seed popular in china, is highly nutritious and can be diuretic when consumed in excess of.. add powdered seeds to smoothies or. Yogurt… They are a rich source of vitamins, proteins, omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, potassium, and more. Watermelon seeds are high in calories, so you should eat them in moderation - one cup of roasted watermelon seeds contains about 600 calories.
