I didn't know of the shutdowns...but i did read that the world titles in the UK for 2021 have been cancelled. I think that is correct...we are in total lockdown for ^ days and cannot leave home except for very specific reasons...stay well over in Enghland and i hope we will soon all be back to normal.

Good to see you are back mate hope all is well. Good video, i myself find gunfit so interesting as we are all so varied shapes and sizes that change as time goes on. Myself am 6'3" and my lop is best near on 14 in as i have a thick frame/chest from years of gym work..how is the Ata? No issues? Am currently looking to add one to my safe

Good point Roger. It seems to me if one has a mid bead that one would see the need to move the cheek rest if, through weight loss, the figure 8 didn't line up. Good job on the weight loss too. Just tuna? :)

Helpful videos , kindly show one on shotgun face slap and what one can do to avoid it . My cheeks gets badly bruised and swells up after I fire two boxes . Never had this problem before but it’s been happening more recently . Regards AJ

Tony...the 690 is going well ...a lot of cartridges have gone through those barrels...glad you are happy with yours...Olympic Trap...what can I say...i shoot it occasionally...it keeps you sharp and on your toes...it's basically the same principles as trap ...just a lot faster...good to hear from you...stay well!!!

How often and how do u clean 690 ejector roger

Tony I have never taken out the ejectors..i spray them then brush them with a toothbrush after greasing the gun i put a small drop of oil in the small slit that is on the ejectors

Hi,hoping for some advice.....new shooter using a 20gauge but last week had on multiple layers and the gun must have shifted multiple times as my bicep had a lump and black and blue. I thought it was mounted correctly but apparently it was not. Not a fun experience. Thanks for any help.

Janet,,,the butt of the stock goes into the pocket...the pocket is formed when you lift your arm almost parallel to the ground...the butt would then be halfway between your shoulder and your neck ...hold the gun firmly against your shoulder and place your cheek so that it makes firm contact with the stock but not too firm...hope this helps!!!
