I can't imagine what it's like for new BigBang fans to discover them as a group now, I feel sad. I will tell you the journey as a fan from the beginning to whenever has been incredible, not in just growing up with the group, but all the friendships gained among fellow VIPs. Their story is so unique in KPop and that's why they are considered the Kings of Kpop. They really got to live and be Artists, which is what makes them so special. Their story is inspirational, aspirational but also a cautionary tale. Indeed, ofc one is to be criticized for using drugs as it us a really bad thing to do, especially in SK. However, attacking someone until they want to kill themselves is never ok. This was a huge scandal and he faced a huge backlash from knetizens. Then he attempted to commit suic*** but was saved. The korean public never forgets and recently, he was casted in Squid Game 2. There was an explosion of articles from knetizens telling him to step down and telling him to apologise. My heart bleeds for him, for getting this reception from his own people. Most international fans support him of course.

My interpretation was (after the 10th attempt to watched, bcs I end up crying a lot evrytime I watched the stilllife MV.. -there's a 5 lines from the title, and u can see those 5 lines at the end of MV. It refers to Bigbang members. Forever 5. -the chairs : the director's chair is GD, and the other 4 are for TOP, Taeyang, Daesung, Seungri. Why I think like that? Bcs, as a VIP, I would recognize that director's chair of GD when he promoted his solo activities. And 1 of the chair from the members is broken, it for Seungri who ("by forced") left the group. -the flowers : at the shot, we just see 4 type of flowers, but GD was hold 1 flower during lalala part if I don't mistake. -just like LOSER, each members lyrics were represent their own thoughts-worry-wish and hints the clues about their own comeback or their own future projects. Taeyang's comeback in Spring the next year after Still Life, Top's wine and brand T'SPOT as the one on his jacket and he is going to the moon soon, Daesung's back to Korean show and Japan (his safe-zone), and truly wish GD would held a concert or world tour soon -and yes as a VIP, this was like Goodbye MV from 2ne1, so I was kinda at denial-phase, but as time goes by, it seems like a really goodbye (hopefully for awhile) and really wish someday in the future, 5 of them will met again as a BIGBANG on stage 🍀💛💛💛💛💛🍀

Is hard to describe to someone new BigBang journey . It has been hard with moments of joy but also so much hurt . There has been as much succes as faluire. To help understand how it has been I highly recommend you watch Still Alive . The song was released same year with Fantastic Baby . It has no MV but you can find lyrics videos and Dorian Gray has a great fa made MV with subtitles for it . Also has a good fan made video for Flower Road . The last song they released as 5 and it means a lot for all fans .

I subscribed to you because of how you paid attention to all the details . Just proves how real you are for that.❤ Top verses was really deep, he had struggle with mental health so he took weed to help him out. And he also tried to commit suicide. But then since weed is illegal in South Korea he was faced with sentences and punished. He was constantly bullied by everyone in south korea till these days like he killed someone when its just weed. It was in 2017, he apologised to everyone hundreds of times despite its not like he is doing something that affect others but himself. Good thing is he going to be part of korean Netflix series Squid Game for Season 2, which heavily anticipated by a lot of people despite some criticisms. Here’s a little bit of them. I am not sure how much you know about them. They debuted back in 2006, they had it rough since their trainees years. YG were a small company, with few artists. They were in the edge of bankruptcy too if im not mistaken . So being said, bigbang were not given much budget. During their trainees they live in rat infested room, with barely had food to eat. They had to do errands for their seniors, cleaning (like chores for the company) etc then train. Especially Taeyang and Gdragon since they were YG trainee longer. Then they debuted, Bigbang members had to fund a lot from their own pocket for their concerts for their albums. They even used photocopy machine to make their photo album😂 They received quite a lot of negativity for bringing something new in the industry for first few years. They were called ugly and made fun of. Since they were very different from normal idol. And their music genre was new to South Korea. They originally more to hiphop and r&b but through out years they are not afraid to try different genres. They have 100% control on their music and a lot like the producing of their album(write and produce), album concept,concert. Despite working with few other YG producers, they still produces a lot of their song by themselves. Gdragon, taeyang & top is in top 10 richest south korean idol because of these. I like your interpretation of the lyrics and it makes sense. Still Llfe was released nearly 16 years after their debut - and yes, it is really hard, yet beautiful, to listen to. I just feel so much love for them as artists and for the music they shared with us. Always interesting and innovative. Of their last album, MADE, 9 out of the 10 songs reached the top 3 in the charts. Even competing with each other. I'm really grateful for all they have done, but can't help but be a little sad for all the music and performance that I think they won't now be doing and its potential that is lost to us. To me, they have a unique and missable sound. Thankfully, they seem to be continuing in their solo careers. They all have their own individual sound in these - and whilst different to BIGBANG, it is still all quality and from the heart - as expected from their individual talents and abilities. I really hope that you continue to explore their older group work, as well as their older and new solo work. Am really loving your reactions. :)

Ever since 2017 Bigbang had a few crisis and with one member left the group and went to prison, rest of members taking their military services. Cuando salió Still life por primera vez y a penas Taeyang empezó a cantar, mis lagrimas empezaron a salir, me di cuenta lo mucho mucho que los extrañaba, antes de este ultimo comeback casi no sabíamos de ellos, porque se alejaron totalmente de las redes sociales y el ojo publico, y BIGBANG vivía como un recuerdo en mi corazón, siempre con la esperanza de algún día iban a regresar, y lo hicieron, uno de ellos no estuvo presente pero sentí que los demás chicos hicieron lo posible de incluirlo dentro del MV y la canción por medio de escenas, señales, que solo VIP entendería, como las 4 sillas y la silla del director (aquí porque la ultima silla esta muy deteriorada), en la parte de TOP se escucha una voz de fondo, y muchos VIPs creemos que es la voz de Ri, porque se escucha similar a su tono y color de voz, aunque no es 100% seguro, solo elegimos creer que es así, al inicio del video, en la parte de Daesung cuando camina en el pasillo podemos observar 5 ventanas y en la ultima una persona sentada. Luego en la 2da parte donde canta Daesung, podemos observar un persona sentada de espaldas, y por ultimo la 5 líneas que aparecen al final, es el logo del álbum Made y Gdragon en una entrevista explico que cada línea representaba a cada uno de ellos.🥺 Ps: Soy VIP desde 2008 (ellos debutaron en el 2006) y como dice la parte de la canción, "I miss the boy and girl who cried and laughed" y así es, su música me acompaño en mis momentos tristes y felices, a través de sus canciones y sus letras y siendo parte de este bello fandom que a pesar de todo sigue ahí fiel a nuestros Reyes del Kpop. Wow, you’re good, it took me many many listens to finally see the chairs as you did in one listen. About the chairs, some say that the most damaged chair on the far right is Seungri’s chair. But chairs can be repaired right? T.O.P tells us in his part that he’s going on a round trip to the moon, SpaceX project #dearMoon. The only thing that keeps me hanging that BIGBANG will eventually be back is that Taeyang told Suga in an interview to promote his new song Vibe this year that everything he does professionally is to help BIGBANG. Why would he say that if it was the end? It gives me hope. Great reaction.

Subscribed. I am a BIGBANG fan, and I am here now. Just a note: Directors chair belongs to GD- yes. 4 members chairs - always in order of age as is the Korean way to honour those older. First char is TOP - and you can see the damage to the chair. The final chair is Seungri - more damage than the others, but not broken. The Biblical verse on the boulder says that 'sackcloth' ( which is the material worn when in mourning or during a time of seeking forgiveness or even during a time of humbly seeking direction from God) will be changed to dancing and joy.. this will happen in the Spring of the following year ( the year after release - which is this year, 2023 and the members are starting to be active again). TAEYANG started things off with his album "SEED" which has blossomed this Spring.. the other members are returning - each in their season.

Well, I've cried when they released Still Life, but I'm glad that they have their own plans, doing solo, I see a lot of comments from VIPs who is telling you their story, so yeah, they are doing well nowadays. T.O.P was planning to fly to the moon and now there are some news about his role in Squid Game 2, GD is working on his own music and hopefully will release something new in near future, Daesung is going to Japan for some festivals, Taeyang is already doing his solo comebacks, and finally Seungri is free now, traveling to south countries and having fun with friends. When this came out, I hurried home from work and sat on my couch to watch it. When TOP's part came, I had already started sobbing and cried even harder when he showed his face to us because I hadn't expected him to do so. The pain that started in 2017 was so traumatic for everyone - the guys, their families, their fans... But TOP got the worst of all of it and the sheer amount of public/online hate he received nearly cost him his life... Truly, it was so horrific what the media and netizens did to him... Haters of BIGBANG still use that situation and the photos from the hospital to attack VIPs. The pain of waiting for them to come back is why "Still Life" really hits hard for many of us. Before everything happened, they released "Flower Road" as a promise to meet again if fans were to wait. Through everything, fans waited patiently and took every piece of harassment from antis while biting our tongues. Finally, they returned and "Still Life" was a promise kept after not seeing them for like 6 YEARS and going through so much pain/harassment by the rest of the community and the media during that whole time. I'm glad that cold time is over, but their paths that are split are bittersweet. Even so, I'll keep my promise to live my life well and meet them on the road whenever they return. I'll always scatter petals on their roads and pray for their happiness because we always said "VIP until whenever".

You are the first person who has reacted and interpreted “ Still Life “ in the same way as me. I was totally gutted and cried loads, but, fully understood why BB would do this track, so many VIPS waited a very long time to here from them. But, life moves on, men grow into men with new ambitions, new horizons and family’s. So I felt “Still Life” was their goodbye song, for me the lyrics from each verse say just that. As a fan of BB I just hope they continue to succeed and be happy being the best of themselves. These guys left me a lot of great music, MVs and entertainment to see and hear, I will always be very thankful to them.

Bigbang isn't perfect and they had so many ups and downs and music is the reason that people still love them. For Top's rap part where he talked about trying to be a better person, he was caught using marijuana back in 2017 and marijuana is still a huge No-No in asian countries and then later he was found unconscious from overdosed on his tranquillizers.

Whether he is the leader or not is not the point in this MV. There are not four of them sitting in the same frame on a chair, which means that four of them are not bigbang, but five are bi. The disappearance of TOP on the moon also implies that he will leave bigbang to be a brand new self. Following the release of the music video, TOP terminated its contract with YG Entertainment.
