Do you know what they mean when they say the type of plea Gunna took allows him to maintain innocence. That means on official record he saying “I’ma plea guilty to avoid a trial that I potentially could lose but not cause I committed the crimes.” When you plea guilty in any case the court must hear your admission hence the vid of him in (his case) saying yes mam. Now explain to me how a statement on court record such as the one I just explained above can be used as admissible evidence in another related trial? It’s just not possible bro. Without an understanding of the judicial process of course people gonna believe what it looks like on the outside. That’s exactly why Gunnas statements in that video never been used against thug or even mentioned in his trial and also why Gunna won’t be expected to testify

Jail is notorious for having really unhealthy food so their addiction switches to sugar
