Well what can I say? BRILLIANT is the only thing that springs to mind. Really enjoyed your walk Alan, it was as though I was there with you. The baby rabbit was lovely, are they called bunnies? Who was that mad man in the water we need more like him out in the hills? Cider at the end of a good walk! Sorry Alan we have to disagree there, only a pint of best bitter will do. I'm up in St Helens today staying overnight after giving a talk to a Scout Troop about mountain adventures and what you can achieve in life. It's the closest I've got to the Lake District this year. Ah well I hope to get amongst those hill soon, but I'm not holding my breath. Cheers ⛺️

LiveSimplyFilms Mountain Mike Thanks very much Mike, really enjoyed the day dispite the small number out today. Yes, Robin is a bit of a character and there is never a dull moment with him about lol. Shame you are so close to the Lakes, yet cannot call in but they do say absence makes the heart grow fonder..... Cheers Alan

Great video Alan, took me back to my 2013 Coast to Coast walk!. That stone slab at 5:01 across a stream is where i fell and cracked my rib which prevented me finishing the C2C that year. Certainly a nice area for walking. ATB jim

Jenny Hikes - thanks for watching Jenny, they were old mines there, that were blocked off further down, as you went in. We went back there later that summer and it never stopped raining all day and was freezing lol. Cheers Alan

Lezley I - yes, it's a place I really enjoyed revisiting, as my parents used to take me there when my and my brother there when we were kids. Shame there was only 4 of our walking group out that day as the weather was great. Thank you for watching. Cheers Alan
