Thank you for conducting this experiment in your Minnesota laboratory, I'll now be ordering (1) of each of these ALG products! I've also subscribed and I'll be sharing your findings with my group.

Been interested in ALG Go Juice for a while now. I heard that a shot show, the full autos simply got a few squirts of Go Juice and they kept on going through the end of the day.

I was waiting to grab some as well and just got some recently 1k rounds later through my suppressed 10.5 geissele super duty and it’s smooth as butter and runs absolute great! No issues and I’ve only did a hard lube once and then every couple Hundred rounds I would drop some on the bolt. It’s awesome and the grease is great for break in periods!

I am going with ALG Go Juice for Lube and Breakthrough for Solvent I had a bad reaction to Hopps # 9 and Break Free CLP is even using gloves I still think I have a reaction to it so its non Toxic all the way especially after my experience with Hopps

Best stuff I've used in over 35 years of shooting. The litmus test was my suppressed semi auto 22s. It works unbelievably well in my mp22 compact, 10/22, and mkiv. It goes without saying my semiauto centerfire have zero issues as well.

I used to be a go juice worshipper.... Then a buddy let me use weaponshield oil & grease..... This stuff is AMAZING! Such a small amount goes a very long way and keeps my AR's and pistols buttery smooth. Took a carbine course and went through almost 700 rounds. When it came time to clean the weaponshield was still there being slick as snot even after taking a shop rag to it. Amazing stuff.

So it is not a CLP. How or what would you recommend cleaning a firearm with before applying either of these products. Thanks , great video.
@GunsandTactics6 жыл бұрын
I use various cleaners, Mpro, Slip 2000 725, copper cleaners etc. in reality I don’t clean very often, I generally wipe off the crud, lube and keep shooting. I don’t like to spend time cleaning Guns so I also use an ultrasonic to do the work for me.

I use CLP just like the Marine corps taught me. This is great stuff for an after cleaning ! I have a Geissele trigger and have to say there stuff works great .

CLP is a gimmick product. Dedicated solvent will clean WAY better than any clp on the market and a good dedicated lubricant, "Weaponshield, go juice, Wilson Combat Ultima Lube, Sprinco Machine gunners lube", will not only protect from wear better than any clp on the market but will also protect from corrosion or rust better than any clp and with repeated applications of your choice of dedicated lubricant it will now wipe clean easier than any clp. I used to be a clp user until I did some further research and as a whole the product isn't like a PURE gimmick but rather an inferior product as a whole. For a good dedicated solvent you can't go wrong with hoppes, just be careful not to leave traces of it on the weapon or near any kind of wood stock. I prefer Wilson's combat carbon cleaner as my dedicated solvent. Practically zero smell, cleans just as well as hoppes but is far more safe on polymer, wood, etc. Only downside is that it costs like 5-6 bucks more than a bottle of hoppes.

What happened to geisseles go juice? I just ordered a new thin lube & 0000 grease and the color of both are completely different now. The oil is like gold in color and the grease is now white, what happened to the purple?

I have been using the slip 2000 based on your recomendation. How do you like ALG versus the slip 2000 ?
@GunsandTactics7 жыл бұрын
Way too early to tell, I still love Slip 2000 but always like learning about other quality products.
@Shrikex3577 жыл бұрын
I switched from Slip to ALG, seems just a smooth but cleans up easily as Fire Clean. Great product especially considering the price!

@@FireDrillNinja a year later but, I found alg go juice this past summer and have been liking it very much. I had the same thought about a good cleaner to go with it so I tried most of the more common ones and found m-pro 7 to work the best for me. If you want to spend a couple more bucks I highly recommend bore tech eliminator bore scrubber. like I said it's a bit more expensive but the stuff works absolute wonders on removing absolutely everything from your bore. As far as cleaning and care for the outer parts of the gun I still cannot find anything that will top ballistol.

I was under the impression that the VTG was NOT biosynthetic like the Go Juice and is also not nontoxic?

@guns&tactics are u liking this go juice better then slip 2000 ewl?

Still using EWL as my main lube. The ALG is a quality product as well

@guns&tactics just out of curiosity any particular reason? Ive just heard that slip doesnt have the best corrosion resistance in tests ive seen, but does a good job in lubricity and wear. Any truth to that, that u know of? I appreciate your assistance

@guns&tactics do u know if the go juice oil & grease play well together. Are they made of the same stuff just thicker or totally different fornula?
@GunsandTactics4 жыл бұрын
I thought they were different but I cant say for certain
@TerminalM193 Жыл бұрын
@@247Combat Just use one or the other, there's no need to mix them up. The grease is the thinnest grease I've ever seen so there's no need to create a mixture of both.
