I'm always amazed to see how much better these optics have gotten in just the last 5 years. Some of these budget optics are really bringing their A game. The question that always comes up is will they last in the elements? Only time will tell. I'm an FFP guy on everything these days. I think it's because I'm older than dirt and my eyes need all the help they can get out on the range, especially at 400 +. Good review

@@BuckeyeBallistics Very true,but the big guys seem to have lifetime warranties, which is peace of mind. I've used the Vortex warranty and it was great.

I wish all turrets were this style of locking turret. For someone with good young eyes this scope has a lot to offer at a good price. 1X with this scope up close in the woods would be kinda sketchy at best for me. I'd prefer the 2nd focal plane myself

I've been testing their scopes for over 2 years now, nothing sketch about them. They are one of the best, if not the best in this teir of budget amazon chinese scopes. On par with or exceeding Monstrum if you've heard of them...

This brand has been around for a while now. I think they went from really mediocre offerings to pretty decent stuff given the price points. They have a lot of competition these days too. That's good for us, the end users.

I wish someone would make a 1-10x LPVO in a long eye relief pistol scope. Something for the Contender/Encore format and not AR-15ish. Instead of listing the calibration by bullet weight and Velocity, they should use BC and velocity instead. Afterall, bullets with similar BCs and velocities will shoot the same requardless of caliber.

I bough t 2 of their red dots w qd mounts (33mm wide. Lens) Not good in bright sunlight! Useless

You mean the $20-$30 red dots? Yeah I wouldn't excpect much for that price lol. Their $100 RMR/RMSC pistol dots are excellent for the price and very bright. Scopes are great too...

@BuckeyeBallistics they wete 50 Just starting with these things because my vision at 62 is getting blurry. Always usrd my iron sights or a scope on my rifles (which still work) but no quick aquisition with them.. Guess im goi g to have to shell out to learn

@BuckeyeBallistics i just picked up a green dot for 1 of my pistols , w /discount was 95.. Was a zulisy oak Works great. Like I said i'm new to these dots. Still trying to learn to acquire that dot Immediately

Their pistol dot is pretty compareable to the Zulisy- then again so are most in the $100-$150 price range. Helps to get as large of window as possible to be able to pick up that dot quickly- that and different reticles that are more than a dot. I have reviewed a few Cyelee dots with rather large windows, and a couple with reticles designed to help you pick it up quick like their Wolf 2 model and the one Holosun I reviewed. Check them out in my Parts Accessories & Optics playlist on the channel, all videos have links to the optics. Specifically check out the Cyelee Wolf 2, Ghost, and Bull models from them, and the Holosun I tested as well. All would be great for someone new to learning to use a pistol optic, especially with bad eyes. Good luck 👍 P.S. - Be sure to use a brand new name brand battery if they are dim- sometimes the batteries that come with them are crap.

@BuckeyeBallistics Tried batteries. The sun was so bright that day no matter which sight i chose,it disappeared when i placed it on the target to sight it in. The other thing im noticing is the greens are Brighter and stand out more too. But i guess they all have limitations... Wish my vision was like it was some yrs back... I guess im being punished for making fun of my 4 children. I would tell them theyre all blind like their mother... Karma is a bitch ! Lol
