You and Wonderhussy are so lucky to have the time off to go experience the back roads of this country. Most of us just get to sit back when we get a little extra time to enjoy a armchair vacation with the both of you. I worked as a professional Archaeologist for years and miss the days when I was able to get outdoors and document historic mining districts. Keep up the adventures for all us to experience.

I agree. I work as a Software Engineer and I never have time to take a vacation. I use all of my vacation days as sick days due to my cancer treatments. I'm saving as much as I can for retirement but I have to save up a LOT more before I can retire. I will probably be working until I die. I'm an empty-nester now so that helps a lot. Plus my wife works and saves so that helps as well. I get a military pension and a little bit of military disability. I guess things could be much worse so I will stop complaining now. Watching youtubers is as close as I'll get to a vacation for a long time.

Nice drone footage. I also like the short length of the video. I wish we could have seen more from deeper into the mine but I don't blame you for turning around. Old mines are very dangerous.

Hi Sarah, my first note to you, great video! Been following WH for years, now you! Good job girl. I, explored the Mojave for years with a guy by the name of Bill Mann, maybe you have heard of him. We saw the Gunsight Mine about 30 years ago and it still looks the same! That first tunnel goes straight back about 1000 feet before it turns to the left. When you're way back in, the tunnel looks like the sight on a rifle, hence the name... Totally black with this little tiny dot of light at the end! Keep em coming. One suggestion, get a wind screen for your mic, it will really help.

It's a great ride put to music! Some content is the film makers issues , family relations, OR just strict , how-to, esp. van life folks! I'm liking "just the music" , pretty cool. IF u go Moab , pls be careful , some very challenging jeep trail there ,

OMG you went farther into that tunnel than I would have! lol! Your independence with your jeep and the wild is so inspirational. I'm in training right now. Still a bit intimidated by surfaces that are too rockey! Thinking that'll go away. Just getting used to my Jeep-child (Bartholomew). So watching you literally brought multiple tears to my eyes today!

Missed that one! Thanks .. now I have another mine to check out. Past November I did the War Eagle and the other mine to the East .. don't know it's name but the adit is like 2 to 3 miles long .. it connects to the War Eagle supposedly. Like you, I only go in so far .. I don't have the right equipment to go to any depth in the mines. Still fun though and interesting. 🤠

Husband Speaking ( wife is out of the country ) - Is the jeep leagle on the street with such wide tires that stick out so far? In Wash. more than 2 inches past the rim, you must have mud flaps. also caught you with the Wonder Lady. Sad you two didn't meet sooner. ( Dennis age 79 )
