GREAT BAND, they did what very few groups ever actually do, they broke 🆙 @ their absolute peak.

The group got signed relatively quickly which probably played part in half the members getting the boot. They formed in 89 then got picked up by Interscope in 91. Up until then, they never toured or played shows out of california so they didn't have the longevity to be a tight musical unit.

Linda Perry's solo album In Flight may have been a "commercial bust" but it's an artistic achievement, check it out if you haven't heard it. The 4 Non Blondes album was so successful, I don't think it mattered much to her whether In Flight was a hit or not, That's not why she made it.

Janis Joplin was ahead of her time, and a one-of-a-kind household name for those reasons. I’m neither a fan of Janis nor Linda,but I appreciate their talent.
