Base salary will be 13 LPA for that role in Amazon. Don't divide 44 lakhs by 12 😂

13 + joining bonus 2 lpa and perfromance bonus 2 lpa and stocks will be divided into 4 years each at 25 percent so for 1st year she will be getting around 20 to 22 lpa that more than enough bro and when they are promoted to sde2 there salary will be very high as the base itself will be around 28 to 50

Actually it will become problematic for them for example if the company gives you 20 lakhs then they need to earn 5 to 10 times means 1cr to 2cr so if the company has a problem later they will remove these people then it will be difficult for them.we are seeing layoffs from Amazon, Google and meta nowadays their Target is these people only if they have losses. Earning 10 Lakhs CTC and earings 20 lakhs CTC with 6 months gap both are same and that to 40 lakhs is not their take home it will be way less when they reached to their hand. But anyway congratulations to them
