The ingredients list says room temperature water and hot water. When should it be added and in what order ? There is no mention of this either in the video or on your site.

I will definitely try this recipe. They look very appetizing. Just wondering after pan frying, why do they need to bake in the oven? What other non-vegan options for the filling?

Thanks a lot. :-) That is to crisp up the outer layer, it's a great step. I haven't tried any other options that are non-vegan yet.

Hi there, thanks for asking, and yes, it helps to crisp them after in the oven. If you prefer not to, then you'll need to use more oil to 'fry' these. thanks!

@@chocobao8704 I won't use high heat but rather medium low, and try to press the flatbread with the back of the spatula to ensure they are fully cooked through. Also, you can make it a thinner bread before pan frying it. Another way is to cover the pan with a lid when you are cooking to use the steam to cook the bread. Thanks
