Any time my friend loses a 50/50 it's always to Welt, at this point it's become such a meme that even tho he doesn't really like him that much as a character, he has an E3 S3 (In the name of the World) Welt, fully maxed out and he switches between using him as an Acheron sustain and a hypercarry depending on the enemy. He NEVER pulled for a limited sustain and his only sustain on his entire account is Gallagher, yet he still manages to clear all endgame content using Welt as a delay carry or sustain on one side, so while yes he's weaker than alternatives, he got some wild luck and turned his account into Welt's biggest playground, so even tho he doesn't have half of the standard roster he's still going for E4 Welt, for that eventual E6.

some Gepard points! I must mention that Gepard's innate aggro increase is nothing to be sneezed off. alone, it's not much, but slap Landau's Choice or the Moment of Victory and suddenly he draws almost every fire your team receives. in addition to making his allies relatively safer, it also makes him regenerate energy fast, allowing for consistent ult uptime. get some eRES stacked on him and he'd shrug off debuff like no tomorrow. compared to Bailu, I'd say Gepard has it better with the current meta (not to mention he can still shield allies from DoT while Bailu's Invigoration doesn't tick at all). his Freeze is also a hard CC that can save your team in the right moment esp with E1 or E2, but for casuals, it can be ignored. as a Gepard user since day 1 and still use him sometimes to shield the other team Aventurine doesn't, he's still very solid, even against MoC Hoolay. hit RNG is hell sometimes, but with Aggro LC, it's only bad aggro once or twice in a blue moon. I have him E3 atm so I'd probs get his E4 for those sweet team wide eRES, however small it may be. give him a try if you have no other options!

I have E1 Gepard and I wanna get E2. I use Firefly and Yunli which Gepard isn't welcome there however I wanna try him out using other team compositions. Do you recommend E2 Gepard over E1 Bronya? (I already have E1 Firefly so I have no SP Issues.)

@@gabrielc.05 I have him at e2 too and have been using him till this day. The reason is that I only have one limited sustain (Huo Huo) so he pays nicely with acheron team. This is where the problem comes in : He wants "landu choice" for taunt but "fire dot" lightcone for stacks. This his side of team is NEVER good against CCs but still a decent option

I'll say Gepard did help me clear MoC with Hoolay's nonsense quite effortlessly. The fact that his shield was tied to his ultimate actually became a positive, as Hoolay has those points where he takes multiple turns in a row, and dumping all those hits into Gepard would recharge his Ultimate, which I could then fire off and tank more hits. I was pretty impressed!

Gepard can be replaced by many sustain options but Bronya can only be "replaced" with Sunday (as of now). I would recommend Bronya E1 because that kinda completed her kit.

It's not that she's slept on, her niche works but Yunli does what she does but better. But she's still #2 of the standard characters I'd say Bronya is teetering on 3rd just for options (Sparkle to some degree and Sunday mostly) and her SP negativity is what holds her back in some cases without her LC/Eidelons.

@@MellowGirl2000 I will give an answer since my Clara is also really good in the endgame. I have Flaming Lord set +salsottto as well as her sign, but sometimes I give her Blade's lc for crit. Crit ration outside the battle is 58/160. I love running her with sparkle, depending on the gamemode - either fu xuan (crits) or Aventurine (more bonus atks), and either Robin or Tignyun for energy. Sometimes may be paired with herta/himeko/march for different ocassions.

One thing I want to point out is that Bailu is *really really* good in Auto fights. Her AI is absolutely perfect (always basic unless an ally is low, and prefer using Ult to heal whenever possible. Only use Ult when someone actually needs a heal) and all her animations are quite fast. She also has an instant revive for when the RNG goes horribly and all the opponent's large attacks sync to hit your DPS. She generates the most SP other than Gallagher (tied with several other Abundance), has an emergency heal, can protect your DPS/Harmony from getting 1-shot, and has fast animations (faster than Luocha). Also her animations are all adorable - seriously I could make an even longer comment about all the little details she has.

It’ll be Bronya E2 for me. A 30% speed boost is just a ridiculous amount of stats, essentially making a 135 speed unit function at 165 speed. On average this buff is giving 30 speed, which to put in perspective, is about 73% crit damage if you directly compare substat value. Edit: I play Bronya with E2 Acheron and I already have 100% crit rate on Acheron, so many of Sunday’s pros that y’all are pointing out just aren’t a thing for me. I get what y’all are saying, but he just isn’t worth the pulls. I’m Supply + Battle pass and getting E2 Acheron already wiped me out.

Hate to break it to you but sunday litterally invalidates the boosts u get from e2s1 bronya on even blade or jingliu. Blade jade bronya is useable only in pf, but blade jade sunday 0cycles MOC.

That speed can mean your dps can run atk boots, and act 3 times with a 134 speed bronya at cycle 0 since the dps gets pushed ahead of her with the speed difference

Bro, I already had Bronya E2 since before Sparkle debut and I can tell you Sparkle is wayyyy better. With her you could get 1 cycle faster clear simply because of those extra skill points that allow your carry to keep spamming skill and getting ultimate faster. I personally would advice in getting Himeko/Welt on your break team. Himeko is for PF while Welt can do MoC / AS.

I'm gonna pick Himeko because as of this moment, i have her at E3. She's the only 5* standard banner character that i've been using a lot due to her play style being more applicable on the new contents and she's the character that attracted me into the game besides Kafka. With Fugue's arrival, Himeko literally turned into a limited 5-star unit. And because of the SB meta, her value is now even higher than Bronya- who once was the top 1 pick in the standard banner. For new players, I would suggest that you keep rerolling until you snag a really good acc and pick Himeko. You have the access to Harmony Trailblazer and Hunt March 7th, which makes a really good peak F2P Super Break Team, and all you need to do at the end is to make sure to pick Fugue as well.

Herta and Himeko had the biggest comback in history with the introduction of Pure Fiction and now Himeko is going even beyond to make a comeback in MOC as well with the introduction of Fugue.

Honestly I think I'll go for Yanqing, I already have at least one copy of each standard character and I don't really use them anyway... I could get another Bronya eidolon, but realistically I probably won't use her a lot since I have a lot of other Harmonies. And I know he's not exactly meta but I like his animations, personality and visual design, so I'll probably go for another eidolon for my son. I am lucky enough to have E2 birb son already and will get the E3 from selector. Majority of people have bad reading comprehension and let buffs expire on him, then complain about "low damage". He's doing fine, especially after Aventurine released. One of the best units to tackle the boss Aven too. Glad to see the Yanqing hate boner gradually going away throughout the community. Liked him from the start, EN dub just horribly dumbs down his character.

Can’t find her perfect comp despite having Seele since Quantum Break using Seele/Hunt7th/Ruan Mei/Fu Xuan makes her way more stronger (because of how March Breaks, gives buffs, and Ruan Mei not having RNG skill neutrality).

Tbh she's gonna lose a lot of value when sunday comes out, and since im pulling for sunday I'm choosing welt for my acheron team. However I'd say you can make basically any sb work except maybe yanqing. I soloed basically the entire game past sunday with clara as my damage dealer and gepard can easily carry runs too. Welt's slow pushing enemies down a cycle paired with his lc can make him a monster in some teams such as an acheron team, and himeko is himeko. Especially with Madam herta coming, I can see himeko getting picked the most here for the aspiring break meta. Ofcourse, bronya will always be excellent too, but in the coming metas, I do think there are better choices, especially if you are pulling for sunday.

You would have to be extremely lucky to get any of these characters to e6 as a f2p. I have been playing Genshin since the first week of release and I do not have any limited 5 star higher than c3. In fact my highest con 5 star is Raiden at c4 which took about 3 years to get.

I'm leaning Himeko, but unlike with the 300 where I was actively missing folks I still wanted, I now have all the standards I want. So, I'll have to review my Eidolons for them, though I do already have Bronya at E1, so she isn't a must get. Though, Himeko still sees a lot of use, while Bronya's really only coming out with Jingliu, which may be the real tie breaker.

6:08 DEFINITELY. I can't stress enough how easy Clara made SU for me. I was lucky enough to get her and Gepard as my first 5 stars. You just have to slap in Abundance path + some Elation blessings on her and she would handle every SU stage on Auto while you're doing something else.

Do you think there is a possibility that Aglea will be a standard character? Just like when Dendro got released in 3.0 Genshin, Tighnari got added to the standard banner to fulfill the missing dendro standard character role. So I think Aglea might be the Tighnari but for the Rememberance path. If so, and the ticket lasts until the next version, Aglea can be a good choice for players.

Thanks Gouba. I was genuinely going for Himeko because I thought her E4 sounded broken. I had no idea just how limited it is and how many conditions you'd need in place to get it to work, on the other hand my Bronya is E1, and while I no longer use her that E2 sounds like a good upgrade for a future possible revive like Himeko.

I have never wanted welt and at first I thought I was getting Lucky, getting Gepard and bailu very early on, then Clara, then himeko after taking a break… but after that I’ve gotten 4 welts in a row. I had to get bronya from the selector. I still don’t have yanqing. But I have e3 s2 welt. Great.

For me, either gepard or bronya, probably gepard. he is just SO comfy to play with his sp generation and freeze. Also he's in a debuff comp rn so having 100% base chance to freeze enemies is amazing. There's also welt but doing a tiny bit more damage isn't really significant enough. I don't have bronya but have sparkle and she does the same thing as bronya. Also there's only so many buffers you can reasonably need, and tingyun is still there.

Himeko is the correct choice, even without Eidelons. Granted I might just love using this character so much that I'm completely biased but the thing about Himeko is she's the most unique of the standard characters. Nobody does what she does really. Can be a main dps, sub dps, or both. She also dominates Pure Fiction, and can be competitive in other endgame modes as a break archetype if you use and pull for Fugue. (HMC works as an alternative but they are more tailored for Superbreak carries more specifically Firefly) I'd say Bronya would be my second choice, just because action advancing is so strong and it can be slotted in anywhere especially when you have Bronya's Eidelons.

I have NO built fire DMG character and Rappa as my lone built Erudition. I finally was able to choose Clara a few weeks ago and absolutely love her. I'll be choosing between Clara E1 and the beautiful and probably wiser choice of Himeko.

Even without watching the video the answer should be Himeko. Bailu and Yanqing were made obsolete like one patch in, Gepard has been replaced by Ave, Clara by Yunli and Bronya by Sparkle. Welt and Himeko are the only ones who have no real replacement (yet) and Himeko just slaps in PF. Also personally this will be my E3 Himeko then adn E4 looks juicy.

Clara and Svarog just really really love me for some reason, reason is that I got her in the beginner’s banner, copies in the standard banner (I just want Bronya) and once during the first run of Aventurine’s banner, but it’s the first 10 rolls after Acheron so there’s no pity for her to ruin

My current endgame goal for standard characters is E6 Bronya to continue building up the power of my Acheron team (Bronya, Acheron, Aventurine, and Pela. Bronya and Acheron are both E2). Finally time to get E3 Bronya!

Beonya is also playable in Firefly teams as unlike most of ATK buffing supports Bronya's ult's ATK does buff Firefly's Break Effect, plus she gives her very needed turns. Plus, if Firefly is E1, it's the same case as Blade and Jingliu

Nobody ever mentions Nat any more but I was clearing with full stars with her on one half until Lingsha released. Now it's typically Lingsha + Gallagher, and Lingsha is a clear upgrade (while Gallagher is an SP machine) but Nat can still do it! Post op, speed boots, err rope and she just keeps ulting. I even got through Hoolay and Aventurine with her just to see if I could. And that self heal + big HP basically means she never needs special care healing - put her next to your highest taunt unit (Tingyun??) and she'll take it easily.

Personally I am going to go for Clara to get her to E4 and give her that big boost to her tankiness. I already liked her as a character, but loved her even more once I got to use her as a key part of my "inevitability" team (Clara, Blade, Fu Xuan, Loucha) that a friend helped me craft when I got back into the game at 1.6 after I took a little break at 1.4. So she has a special place in my heart all things considered lmao

For Clara, I run a team called "Cover Me" Which is Clara, Yunli, Aven, and Pela. and it is outstanding. Counter chaos everywhere n matter who gets hit. It can clear MOC12 with full stars, so if you have Yunli, Clara is a great teammate for her

Firstly, you missed that Gepard is actually quite good in Simulated Universe, as not only do the mode's energy benefits make his shield more consistent, the way Preservation blessings scale with shields mean that he can solo sustain all the way up in +12 GnG - and contribute meaningful damage via both Quake and Path Resonance at the same time, while he also comes with a Skill that is real handy for Remembrance runs that are also the primary "cheese" strategy for clearing the mode with an underpowered roster. A more minor missed thing is that Clara's E4 actually has value in very specific circumstances - if you use her with Adventurine sustain she can get herself focus fired so hard that Clara's Fortified Wager from Adventurine breaks, and while the probability of Clara actually dying as a result is low, her not having Fortified Wager leaves her substantually more vulnerable to getting CCed and causes you to get fewer follow-up attacks from Adventurine, as well as making her lose the crit damage from Adventurine's E1 if you had it.

E1 Gepard is still really solid for an Acheron team with Trends, l still use him as her sustain even though I have Gallagher and S1 Aventurine because his consistency with Trends LCs burn procs are so strong, and since I tend to have extra SP on that team his E1 lets him get off a freeze with reasonably good consistency every once in a while to generate even more stacks.

Clara usually wants base speed since her damage is in her FU attacks. But E1 changes that. Getting her some Speed boots at E1 also makes her ult uptime less of a hassle in PF.

I got e1 Clara early on in the game and still use her in difficult content to this day. My only problem with her that it feels like they introduced one specific enemy just to spite her, that physical weak cup guy that only inflicts dots instead of attacking. Even though he triggers the animation for Svarog to appear over Clara, it's not enough to trigger counters apparently.

Definitely going for bronya. She has avoided me for so long, I got her from the 300 selector and from losing on jiaoqiu. On the road, to bronya e6. Part of me is wondering if they'll add another standard since there's going to be a new path. In genshin, when dendro was released they made tighnari part of the standard banner.

I still haven't used my 300-roll selector because I got everyone already plus Bronya E1, so I've been sitting on it until I knew who I wanted to pick. The eidolon review is really useful for me, except I don't use the standard characters anymore except sometimes Himeko for Pure Fiction. It looks like my best choice would be to pick up E1 Himeko and then keep the 300-selector for later. It's a toss up between Bronya E2 and Clara E1, neither of whom I'm currently using - Bronya is probably the better pick but I don't want to deal with her changed speedtuning if I end up using her, while Clara is my only 5* physical DPS but I usually brute force with Firefly anyway.

going for e1 clara. i built her on a whim for seonnd half of pf and she was really good. doesnt even have max traces or a great build and she destroys things. i ran her with sparkle fuxuan and tingyun. shes like a erudition unit with sparkle advance and using clara's skill every turn. shes so good

I'm probably going Bronya for the e1s1 Bronya. I'm coming up on my 300 standard pull selector as well, so I'll probably avoid reaching that threshold for a few patches in case they decide to throw a remembrance character into the standard rotation and throw that at an e1 Clara if I don't need it for anything else. I've gotten all the good standard 5 stars, so waiting won't hurt me enough to not be worth doing.

I started playing near the end of Lingsha's banner and haven't had great 5* luck besides getting Clara early. I'm leaning towards Himeko since I need to start PF soon and Fugue looks pretty solid.
