I don't follow Calli enough to know if this is valid, but other commenters are saying that she might not know what the villagers even do/why its hard to replace them. Also they're streamers who stream for hours at a time so its impossible for them to follow the content of the other members like we do, so Calli also wouldn't have known the exact amount of effort put into the village unless Kiara told her.

Calli knows so little about Minecraft she probably thought villages just spawn with walls, I believe her when she says that she didn't try to break Kiara's stuff (again). But damn, could you imagine how heartbroken Kiara would have been if a merchant got out and was killed? Calli wouldn't intentionally destroy her friends hard work but she doesn't really understand Minecraft and her urge to spite Chat when she thinks they are backseating is a really bad combination for when she plays Minecraft. Calli doesn't realize that a wall around a village doesn't just happen so when she see's Chat yelling at her to fix what she broke she thinks they are just being needlessly nitpicky. She jokes around about killing the villager when Chat seems pretty protective of it, again, because she likes to be contrary. So Calli nearly broke someone else's toy just because she doesn't want to listen to Chat. I mean, Chat isn't always (or sometimes even often) going to be correct but when they're spending more time watching other members streams maybe pay attention before messing up someone else's hard work?

I know it sounds like the opposite thing to do, but I feel like Calli should just come onto the server and legit play minecraft in her spare time to finally learn about the game lol Like the only times she plays is in a stream or during collabs and it feels like she's forcing herself to do something ambitious that doesn't let her understand the basics all while getting annoyed at chat who tells her how to make things easier for her. Like, minecraft is a game where you can do what you want and it's great for that but even though she technically doesn't "show" it, it just feels like she's the most annoyed person present when playing it. Even more annoyed than the backseaters themselves somehow lol

honestly i totally agree. i get that vibe so much from her and it's sad bc i want to watch her having fun and meshing with the others and their fun, but she's kinda... keeping a mental wall up i think LOL maybe she just hates minecraft.
