So what you're saying is that Gura pulled a Galaxy brained move. Kiara doesn't take Gura to the aquarium enough for her liking, so in response to that Gura deliberately threw a tantrum to annoy Kiara knowing she would get put in house arrest. With house arrest in fact being the aquarium, Gura got exactly what she wanted in the end by predicting Kiara's response while annoyed.
