Greater Noida relevance. Sir what you said about Greater NOIDA was relevant may be till 3-4 years back. Now the story is totally different. 27 Kms of Noida- Greater expressway now looks better than Cyber Hub gurgaon. Here rates are 25k for any residential project. Its urban, cosmopolitan and flashy. Rates are nowhere less than 16k per square feet for any residential across greater noida. Godrej Golf link, Sobha, M3M, all converging to Greater Noida now. All MNCs (Google, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Dixon, NTT, Hyundai) have acquired large land parcels on Taj expressway around jevar airport. Please visit and see the latest.

I'm from South India and living in Delhi since 25+ years and own property in both Noida and Gurgaon. My take, opportunities gurgaon wins, infrastructure Noida wins, cleanliness Noida wins, appreciation on investment Gurugram wins, nature, scenic, rains & greenery Noida wins, gurgaon is half desert actually. Gurgaon close to South and south west Delhi whereas, Noida close to South and New Delhi (capital). Both Noida and Gurgaon are equally cosmopolitan. I believe Sango is incorrect here.

is image is noida is bad then why m3m, all the big companies like microsoft are in noida. he is a gurgaon realtor . he doesn’t have the up rera .

Noida mai 90℅ Haryana ke log reh rhe hai... Jakar dekho chacha ji..... Mera boss Santpal Dagar from Sonipat. He have a kothi in greater Noida. And more haryana people living here
