But to reach igi airport either from gurgaon side or delhi gzb side one has to face endless traffic on delhi gurgaon expressway that road remains jam packed always so there is a need for another airport

Sir I think, you are probably obsessed with Gurgaon as you are living here. Both cities have different charms and should not be compared like this. Moreover advantage of airport will also neutralize in next year.

bhai .. I thought I was the only one . Maruti aur Suzuki (Japanese corp) ka JV hua tha 1990s mein .. Before that Maruti was Govt company. That's why it too more than 10 years for private companies to look for prospects in Gurgaon. Post that Dlf owner's vision was to build a city near Delhi because there was no space left in Delhi and private developers were not allowed. And Gurgaon is a classic example of how to not build a city. I recently discovered his channel. Itna bullshit pehle Kabhi nahi suna . Gurgaon people are mostly corporate immigrants who move only because their companies are in Gurgaon. Gurgaon mein to sewage system bhi theek nahi hai . Forget everything

I really applaud your intelligence in Differentiating between Gurgaon and Noida since on face Noida do not appear to be bad. Aura and Vastu of Noida.Gnoida Ghaziabad Faridabad is very bad. Ghaziabad was founded in 1740 by Ghazi-ud-din and I have been visiting Ghaziabad since 1962 as My father was born in Ghaziabad had houses in Chopla Ghaziabad, Lajpat Nagar Ghaziabad and Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad He tried to teach me Nitty gritty of properties but I just hated entering there.😡

noida airport is not merely a runway......................................its going to be an aviation Hub.........aircraft maintainaence workshops will be there ..............and from worldover aircrafts will visit for servicing the way gurgaon is suffering from rain clogging ....................new companies can think of alternates ....... muslim issue can ruin gurgaon s image in no time..............just one riot in gurgaon..........and gurgaons future will be damaged .....companies might move to Yogi adityanaths state............for peaceful environment.. these people have got into the veins of Gurgaon like termites......... ......many things going on under the surface

Airport in jewar will not add any value to UP, even cargo planes can't land, bcoz then u also need customs port, domestic cargo can land that's it. International flights will land at IGI only, cargo, freight etc. Also need railways nearby to transfer cargo to last mile, highways they r making, but will take lots of years. just build a metro from IGI to UP main cities, that will do, jewar airport will be total waste.. Like airport express line..

I am not saying that you are right or wrong but for sure you are saying facts. 2nd I researched kee jewar pe koi bde real estate vaale aare ho apni townships lekr, but itne saal hogaye , koi nhi aaya, bss U.P government apna he nikal rhi hai… Aaega bhle jewar mae growthday but ye abhi toh nhi hai, kyu kee mai gya huun or dekhne zameen..Trust me duuuur durrrrr tak koi resident nhi, duuur duur tak raatmae lights tak nhi hai… Airport apni jgha sahi hai lekin jisko tarraki chaye aajmae vha kuch nhi melega kisi mae old generation ka patience hai to stay invested for like 20 years… then go ahead…. bhle log bole 3 lakh invest keye te 20 lakh kee hogai property, aree bhai hogai lekin chaye kisko? ye marketing use kee hai to raise the property… But jewar is not developing untill next 30 years or what kind of humans live apke aas pass apki quality of life…. or aap kese logo k beech rehte ho vo b matter krta hai mental health physical health environmental health… everything counts

Hey tau don't bullshit to the people. I will tell you one main reason which is jobs. If jobs are there all others things have to create around the place. Now if you have brain then count number of things will come there because every one want money. Many ways city will develop airport is not necessary.
