Mere jaise bahut log noida aur ghaziabad nikal gye. Maine aur mere friends ne bahut try kia gurgaon mai but bahut overpriced the flats. Many potential buyers have left gurgaon real estate market. Still not late for builders. Not everyone is NRI. Most of buyers are end users.

Gurgaon price have become unreasonable. It’s not worth it. Better to buy in Noida or even Faridabad if for self use.

Blame is only on builders and buyers? What abt the chanel partners and marketing people (including youtubers)? There shd also get blame equally... so much pumping was done by them and I am sure they will now help in dumping also in the name of lucrative resale opportunities

Signature global sector 81 projects delayed as well as quality is substandard ,price very high, I think the authorities should check the quality of the construction by signature global developer

Signature ke saare projects delayed rehte hai and also provide substandard construction quality. But dealers dont stop praising signature and compare it with dlf.

I agree. Investor lobby acted same way in 2010 to 2013 and after that they were not able to exit. Some of them booked 4 units when they had money for only 1 and after that they were not able to exit. I witnessed that and I knew that same pattern is repeating now. Even now many will sell units in loss. End users must keep their eyes open, now they can get very good deals

This is real estate cycle. When market sentiments are good and inventory is limited, prices go up and builders start increasing prices to make more money. When sentiments start dropping and inventory increases, market has to correct and price growth slows and then stagnates. Would be interesting to see what will happen when market gets flooded with inventory and investors fail to hold properties.

sir we are going in a recession , IT industry is going downturn and 2024 was a very bad year for IT and no job certainty ... only idiots or traders are going to buy in this FOMO... no smart investor or end user is going to invest crores and put down EOI for those units... yes u r right some people have made a nexus with dealers/builders and creating videos to misguide people that this is going to be Mumbai and you will never be able to buy a flat in gurgaon.. this is going to burst soon .. believe anything above 9-10k/sqfeet on dw expway will bite the dust .. in my opinion... not even talking about luxury ... only GOD knows who in gurgaon has a salary to buy 5-7 Cr flats... advisory for smart investor/end users it to stay on side lines .. till the prices reaches right levels...
