U all KZbin influencer are reason of builder stupidity & customer loss . U r also among of them. 1st you appreciate all project then customer buys on ur recommendation. Now when market is saturated for all high sizes then u r suggesting builder to launch small size . Do u think being an agent u shud suggest builders… u r just doing for ur selves not for anyone

Yes, anyone can suggest the builder what to do. Agents are the backbone of the market. First people like you want people like him to explore the market for you to find best options and want to buy it as cheap as possible and when you get whatever suits your budget then you start complaining about the agent. 😂

Agreed. Mai 6 months raha tha. My living expenses have gone very high when I was living there, mostly due to powercuts. Society ka power backup was very expensive.

Thakur to Gayo .. Kailasa Delhi - 9 crore starting .. Called me last year that there is no discount but we will arrange resale inventory ..Last Month in May i got a call from the same marketing office .. SIR PLEASE LE LO .. BAS BOOK KARWA LO 30% pe mast return aa jayega .. SIR LUNCH KARNE AAO 1 baar .. Kitna budget hai things can work out .. i said mera 5 hai .. they told acha aa jao lets work it out ... hahahahahaha sala 5 kya ghanta 3.5 cr se 1 rupees oopar nahi banta Delhi me 4 bhk

@@SachinKumar-os9de bhai Delhi is too crowded and the demand is there but not for these luxury homes .. u can easily find resale property/builder floor etc still in affordable as the prices have not risen that much as in Noida/Ggn .. probably Noida prices are too high which will fall with time but not of Delhi as the appreciation was little .. Also Delhi is too big .. High income wali property is always in demand

@@tattvamasee ha bhai nya hai 1.65 cr. 150 gaz ka nya 2.60 cr. ka hai. Pehle mein wohi pe rehte tha par mummy ke school ke wajah se school ke pas le liya. Dil nahi lagta. Isliye puch rha hoon abhi lena thk hai ya baad mein khridna shi hai jab rate kaam honge?

Gurgaon me bahut try kia ghar lene ka decent budget tha mera. But bahut overpriced flats the, finally ended up taking flat in Ghaziabad at way lower than my budget. Now relaxed and satisfied.

ATS Ghaziabad almost in industrial area 1700 sq ft in 1.4 cr .. Steel ki heavy industry k bilkul saath hai plot .. I think govt should take steps to stop such projects .

ATS is the worst. Pathetic crowd, too congested (>100 apartments per acre), pigeon problems, shoddy maintenance/RWA, water clogging issues and one resident lift for 23 floor towers that has failed several times. Last but not the least you cannot keep your windows open in the night due to heavy industrial pollution n nearby landfill

Gurgaon me outskirts area me high prices pe launch kr rhe h builders .. jaha koi connectivity or koi facilities nhi h. Waha logo ne investment krdi h .lekin rhne koi mi jayegaa. Sohna of farrukhnagar me project bna dhe h or name gurgaon ka..1200 sqft -1.25 cr. Koi bewakoof hi lega ab..upar se maintanence will be too high...log load ki EMI denge ya maintanence charges

Property ke game me mota-mota 'nobody' makes a profit in long run.... but the 'Brokers' 😅 be cautious! Buy a home to live... not to invest plz. And renting is 'No Crime'. Consider it buying more time to buy that perfect home at a place where you really wish to live till and after the retirement. Buying boxes mindlessly is not going to help.

I listened to you first time , this video is 100% correct , i have seen few people trading in last 1 year and now there rates have stopped since the time dwarka expressway was opened . All prices will be stagnant for sometime (6months -2year)

Bhai actually ye Builders and kuch Chomu log apna paisa barbaad kar rahe thay .. Problem is that ye Bandar last me kiske paas aayega ..uska sabse bada katega :) .. I have seen people unhone premium k lalach me booking karwa di but kisi ko chipka nahi paaye aage ... i think in next 1-2 year people will see blood bath in this luxury segment ..I bet very few will actually be delivered

You are absolutely right about the prices, for such small houses , hardly 1300 carpet, the pricing is too high, not justified , If you want a big house the minimum starts from 5 cr, even for a basic decent 3bhk size the pricing is 4 cr, not everyone has that budget. But due to loading the sizes are really small. You are wrong there that people want small sizes , who doesn’t want a big size. But here in Gurgaon even the prices of small sizes are sky rocketing, people have no option but to settle for small sizes of deen Dayal housing .

The right price is 480 times the monthly rent (excluding maintenance) to earn a meager 2.5% on your investment. Anything more is not a viable investment. Simple as that. Last year I bought a property at 385 times the going monthly rent

Kuch short term investors ne kuch brokers ke kehne par new launches me invest to kar diya but now they are struggling to sell it out specially in Godrej Aristocat and Emaar Urban Oasis type projects. They are ready to sell at 2000/- premium only. I think end-users ko resale ke options explore karne chahiye ..

Ye sab matke manipulation hai , koi market down nahi hoga, budget se pehle slow hita hi hai Koi reason slow hobe k? Covid agay? Koi naya law agaya making sale difficult? Old inventory par to discount pehle b tha Slow bolke discount bolke bacha khuch nikalna hai market sentiment manipulation se and dealer income is dependent on sale, new project launches slow hain then dealers will promote resale.

Yamuna expressway me bhi is tarah ka bubble bana hua hai so called international airport and film city ke Karan jo bahut jaldi fategaa.Yamuna expressway ko sahi se develop hone me 10-15 saal lagenge lekin waha ka price 1-2 crore abhi chal raha hai which is not realistic
