Why it wont be available after 6 months…actual story will play out after that time if sales wont pickup then the recession phase will come.. you have not mentioned that anywhere

We'll witness the Recession phase in the luxury segment only ,now builders will focus on mid segment housing

Lots of NRIs from US and UK who have already invested in real estate here are coming back as job contract not extending.. on top job losses in IT sector and real estate is high debt asset.. look out for defaults from customer for further payment.. builders will be in trouble for further construction if small portion also default

This ia a inflated boom it will crash by the end of the year 2024 and start of 2025.. Job layoff is high and NRI investment will stop because of uncertainty with their jobs ect.. Also Home loan intrest rates are too high more than the Inflation rate of GDP and this make it difficult for middle and upper middle class to take a risk with this job and business enviorment ...By 2025 correction will come and will be bad.
