Love him or hate him I've never known Gus not to make sense. Walters will coach origin as is planned. They've all been in the bubble so once that is over it will be see you later till January. A lot of those blokes are going stir crazy now just ask the Morris boys.

Listen been a broncos fan from the 80s. Frist wooden spoon yeah it's sad. Kevin Walters is a great choice! Next year broncos win the comp. Failed this year to win the comp but next year. To the broncos team hold your head up, still love the boys, shock them next year.

Walters was head coach at Catalan dragons in the ESL, and was average. He'll do better than Seabold, but they won't make the 8 with him as coach.

Gus GOULD was the person who nominated and insured Anthony GRIFFIN became coach of the Panthers and we know what happened there. Even with previous constant failures where ever GRIFFIN coached. With GOULD Been able to coach a team is irrelevant WALTERS constant failure as a coach should sit well with GOULD. This comes from a man that whilst commentating cannot accept a referees decision.

Kevin Walters was a great footballer, but he isn't a coach at all, like did you see the things he was saying in interviews when he coached the QLD at Origin, he was a total joke if you ask me, maybe he could train under 15s to under 18s but other than that not a hope

But he isn't wrong. Walters should seriously be thinking about calling all the players and telling them to turn up to work on Monday. Not at Red Hill but somewhere quiet. He doesn't need to start training them physically but he does need to start getting inside their heads and sorting out their attitudes. Bring in former players when and where he can so they can all explain what it meant to them to be a Bronco. Now that their season is over the outside voices in the media will only amplify the reality of "earning" the clubs first wooden spoon and he should be looking to try and bring his voice in as soon as possible to counter that noise.

Emotion is literally what makes a great coach lol idk what you are on about 🤦🏽‍♂️😂. Just look at Craig Bellamy for instance. Wayne Bennett may not show it but he wouldn’t be coaching still if he wasn’t 100% emotionally invested in the game.

Crying his eye's out at a press conference because he couldn't select Billy Slater a couple of years ago was embarrassing. Gus put it in long winded but nice way, he isnt the man for the job. It will be the most scrutinized coaching job in the country next year.
