hey sir, can you help me? i have a trouble with my hmi, i'm use HMIGTO2310 . i cant download program to hmi. and a messege error : "Error Runtime Installer: [Target] [Target1] You are trying to download an older version of Runtime on the target machine, or the Runtime version on the target machine is not supported." i used runtime istaller and still can't. there is a messag "your are try download alder version of runtime on the target machine or or the runtime version on the target machine is not supported, installation can not proceed" can help me?🙏🙏🙏
