7:28 usually when you're so used to drink coffee everyday, once you miss that schedule or a day, you will get a headache. That happens to some of my close friends that are so used to drinking coffee every morning and once they' re not drinking coffee, they got a headache. But drinking coffee everyday is not good for your health too, that's why you need to try and control your bad habits also to avoid bad things happening to your body:)

When I was 10 and my sister was 6, we were in a book store and our parents told us to look around the kids section to see if there was anything we wanted. I told my sister to stay in the area by the big tree in the corner and look at the books. I split off from her but at a safe enough distance so that I could see her clearly. Every 2 minutes or so I’d look over at her and just see her with a smile on her face looking at the books by the tree. There wasn’t anybody in the area but us and some little kids near me, so I stopped checking. Suddenly I got this feeling that I still can’t describe but something told me “TURN AROUND RIGHT NOW!” I looked over at my sister there was a man about 15feet from her looking directly at her. I casually and gradually made my way over to her. But he got to her before I did. I heard him say stuff like “hey did you see my puppy? i lost him and i don’t know where he went” “if you help me i have some candy that i think you’ll like” “come on let’s go” “i’m sure you’re mommy will understand that you’re being a good girl and helping me”. I stepped up to my sister and said “Peach fuzz(that’s what I used to call her) mom is waiting for us. Did you pick out your book yet?” She told me that she did find a book and then proceeded to telling me the puppy story that I already overheard. I played dumb so that way the man didn’t know that I was really a smart kid and knew what he was doing. My sister finally asked me if we could help him look for his dog and I said “actually i did see a dog outside with no owner. i bet he’s still near by sir! dont wait too long or he might get lost” and that was the first time i saw his full face clearly. he was smiling very weirdly and looking straight into my eyes. i was terrified inside because growing up our parents always warned us about people who kid napped kids. i kept my cool and acted like i remembered something that got lost from my mind (i basically put on a “lightbulb” face) and said “shoot mom is still waiting for us, cmon peach fuzz. we’re going to be late to Nana’s.” My sister has never questioned me when I say that we’re visiting our grandparents’ house, so she just said “OOOHHH OKAY😁” and we just walked away as the man was following us and trying to get us to come with him. I couldn’t find my parents anywhere but I did see a woman around her 30’s with a baby in the stroller she was pushing. My sister was face down in her book oblivious to the world, and I just pulled her along with me up to the woman. As I got closer to her the man’s voice got quieter and I just yelled “MOM WE’RE BACK” and the lady looked at me confused for a second but then glanced over at the man and back to me and said “There you are! Did you find any good books honey?” and I just causally talked to her while my sister was flipping through her book. We walked around the store before we saw my parents and made sure the man was gone. I thanked that woman about 4 times before I left her side. I’m incredibly grateful that my parents taught me to be smart and that the lady was very understanding and wanted to help. I’ve always remembered important/once in a lifetime things, and that is still something I will never forget.

I feel like you should listen to yourself if you have a bad feeling about something. I use to know this lady, Mrs.V (She passed and now my grandmother takes care of her two sons) she had two of her "friends" come stay in the house with us (I was visiting during that time). I'm usually nice when meeting people but after what happened when i was 5 i've always had this feeling when someone's up to know good. The two girls would act kind way when the adults were around but when they were gonna they were different people. Whenever we said something to them the would spin it and make it seem like we were disrespecting them and when i tried to warn my grandmother that i was getting bad vibes from them she didn't believe me. I wasn't until Mrs.V had to go to the hospital and we had to go home that my grandmother called saying the two ladies stole money from Mrs.V and ran away without coming back

One time I was walking home from school, I live in an apartment on the 14th floor of our building. Obviously I won’t walk up 28 flights of stairs to get there, so I wanted to take the elevator like I always do. Seemingly nothing wrong, I call the elevator, step inside and as the doors are closing I get a really strong feeling that something’s not okay. I jump out at the last moment and take the stairs. I was out of breath as I got home, drank some water, relaxed and breathed deeply for a while. Later turned out that as the elevator was going up, it got stuck on the 11th floor because 2 chains on it snapped and the other 2 were very weak. The elevator was soon fixed and everything was fine. But if there was a person inside, in that case, me, the 2 other chains would’ve snapped too and the elevator would’ve fallen from the 11th floor. Now I’m really paranoid about taking elevators.

Migrains are caused by tenseness is the brains muscle wich makes an aching feeling to the head but if your migrain is really at extreem pain your brain is having impulses wich cause symptoms such as seizures, high blood levels, pale skin and traumatic muscle triggers (twitching) or in rare cases heart attack, yes a bad migrain can kill you if you have migrains often your brain will likely become immune to the symptoms where if you rarely get them they can be really painful.

This is something that happened over the summer. So I have a boat and we always go to my boat in the summer. One weekend we went out on the boat and anchored in the river. We were anchored by a beach and I don’t know exactly how close to the beach we were but we were maybe 20 yards away from the beach at most. So we have this smaller inflatable boat called a dinghy. So me and my now ex boyfriend (we were dating at the time) took the dinghy over to the beach with my dog so he could go on a walk and go to the bathroom and stuff. After my dog did his thing my boyfriend and I walked back to the dinghy which we had beached by this very big houseboat. There was a fishing boat tied to the back of the houseboat and there was a guy getting in and out of it. I don’t know exactly what he was doing. So my boyfriend and I got back to the dinghy and he said we should wash my dog off because he had sand all over him and I just wanted to leave, I didn’t know why but u just wanted to leave at that moment. So we left the beach and we were about half way back to my boat when I hear a loud *boom* so I look around and see that the fishing boat that was tied to the back of the big houseboat was up in flames. It had exploded and my boyfriend and I just stared at it and then heard my mom yelling at us to come back to the boat and get far away from the explosion. If my boyfriend and I had stayed to wash my dog off I don’t know what would have happened but it wouldn’t have been good. No one was hurt when the explosion happened and the fire was put out pretty fast. Sorry if this was confusing.

This isn’t a gut feeling but it is as well. So this one time in the summer holiday we went to this fair thing. I really didn’t want to go (so then we were gonna go)but My parents said I had to do I did. It was ok I guess. When we were there, the police were there for the little kids there. They gave a treat bad for the kids there. In that bag was a balloon. That day my cousin had a sleep over at mine with my brother. The next morning my cousin and brother were in the garden doing hacks with the balloon. My brother didn’t realise but his arm accidentally dropped the balloon on the floor. All of a sudden my dog was eating the balloon. He sadly chocked on it and then died. I wish I begged to not go there.

Here is my gut feeling story: When I was like 8-9 my mom was cleaning out our car while it was off, my sister sneaked in the car because she wanted to play a game. My mom didn’t even notice that she had came in and finished cleaning the car and left.(leaving my sister on her own when she was probably 2-3) it had been about 1-2 hours and we had no idea where my sister is. I had a suddenly became really hot and was sweating so much, than I thought that she was in the car, (because me and her had a “connection” is what my mom said). My mom wouldn’t believe me and said that there was no was she could’ve sneaked past her, I again kept persisting that my little sister was in the car. Finally she caved in because I wouldn’t leave her alone. We found my sister with heat stroke and probably would have died soon, if I didn’t have the feeling to check the car. For all those thinking she could’ve opened the door, the door was to heavy for her to open and she became to hot and weak to open the door.

I have a gut feeling story, So maybe about like a few months ago, a new assistant coach came to my soccer team. On the first day I didn't like him, he kinda gave me a weird feeling. So like a sorta long time later we had a game and my regular coach told me to go warm-up with the assistant coach, because I'm the goalie, and so I wasn't really trying because he made me uncomfortable and I didn't really feel like it, and he says to me, "Come on baby girl, you gotta try." And it made me SO uncomfortable and I was really annoyed. Me and some of my close friends from that team would always talk about how weird and annoying he was and how much we didn't like him. So then a few months later we haven't been seeing him at practice or the games, I asked my mom what happened to him and she said he was fired, but she wouldn't tell me why. One of my close friends from the team invited me and the 2 other close friends to a party for her dads birthday so she would have some friends to hang out with. Later at the party we were hanging out in the pool, and talking about soccer and stuff, and I bring up why he got fired to one of them, because her dad is like the head coach. Turns out he got fired because he took some boys from our other team to his house without permission and wanted to take my team, (13 year old girls) to his house too, without parents, I always knew he would do something bad, and it scares me to think about what would have happened if we went to his house.

I have a gut story that happened just barely- not too crazy, but kinda scary... I was drawing kinda late at night and I heard sirens. I live in a kinda big city, and so I thought nothing of it. Suddenly I had a feeling to lock my door. Right as I did, I got an amber alert and the sirens got louder. I was terrified and I couldn’t sleep...

So. First off, this happened Wednesday night, Nov the 14. I had a strong terrible feeling about the next day. When I had to wake up for marching band, I stayed in bed. Later on, I learned about the Saugus Shooting. Had I not listened to myself, I would've cause my family a heart attack. (I live with my grandparents 73 and 76 years old with certain problems affecting their health.)
