I am glad you're back doing videos. Your understanding and practice align with mine. ( UC and PSC from 2009 here )

Honestly, this video made me calmer and cured some of my anxiety. I know better days are coming. I'm 22 and battling UC for 2 years now, had to give up on my professional volleyball career which was my main money income but I never gave up and I never will, I'm the only one believing in myself that I can reincarnate my career, I'm still young enough. I know one day I'll make videos and teach people about gut health in my own language (Serbian) for Balkan people cause now it's not that popular and spread around here. That's my vision and im going to work towards that and towards living one peaceful life away from the city. Thank you again, God bless you and thank God I found you, love you! 🙏❤️

Kenny thank you for bringing me out of hopelessness. I was diagnosed in 2015 and all my symptoms are gone while still being on medication and doing everything you taught in your bootcamp with a touch of my own experience over the past decade of dealing with my Crohn's . Long story short everyone with this disease should first and foremost drink quality non-chlorine water and have vegetarian diet with a once or every other week portions of salmon while doing the 16-8 interminnet fasting. DO not eat sick animals, that will keep you sick. Practice yoga and meditation to calm your Vagus nerve and stimulate it to heal your leaky gut any respiratory, or cardiac issues and be mindful of your actions, thoughts and maintain a habit of giving and receiving love because it is healing. Take a deep dive into your psychology and emotions, become in touch with them and forgive everybody that you keep thinking about and beating yourself up for it. You have no Idea how much it was draining my energy and damaging my gut. Consume quality probiotics and spread love, seek god and you will be healed. P.S. !! YOU HAVE TO calm your nervous system and get into the the parasympathetic mode which is your rest and digest mode to heal your gut. I have been in remission twice and trying to do it again and being in good terms with my Vagus nerve and not consuming Advanced glycation end products in my food. more information on Dr. Pardip Jamandas you tube channel. look up TED talk videos on healing the gut with yoga , meditation, and breathwork. and finally try to stay calm and remove stress, toxic people and foods. forgive your parents or anyone that you think did you wrong because carrying a grudge is nothing but a heavy burden that only brings yourself down. know that it was a part of your story and it had to happen for you to be who you are today. Finally, know that your body is different than everybody, yet similar in many ways, hence you have to experiment and think freely to solve YOUR bodies' needs. I, for example, think that animal products mess my gut up, at least for now. I am on a vegetarian/pescetarian diet rn and wish God heals me this time so I can heal more people with my knowledge and all the experience that I got dealing with this disease! If you have any questions put it down below.

I am on the same path as you. Cutting down on meat, sugar, and gluten is helping me a lot. I am keeping myself and avoiding friends who cause stress to me. For now I am consuming salmon, rice and steamed vegetables. Feeling much better than ever.

Kenny just wanted to say me and my mother watch your videos because of how informative and inspiring you have been these past few years for us. I'm currently on track to reversing my UC symptoms but a lot of the ideas you voiced in this video have been slowly developing in our lives as well. Thanks again for everything you do, you're an amazing individual and are truly elevating peoples lives.

Hi Kenny. This was a helpful video. Just to add, I’ve been following you for years and commented a bunch of times over the years asking you if you had any histamine intolerance symptoms (such as hives, rashes, crazy all over body itching, runny noses/sneezing) on your healing journey with all those high histamine + probiotic foods you had, but you never reply to my comments. I hope you can reply brother. Thank you. God bless.

thank you Honnas, I really appreciate your work and knowledge, it helped me a lot to fix my gut colitis problem
Hi, if we have polyps should we always remove them?? Is there any complications if not removed?

Could you just drink bone broth daily, or take gut lining supporting supplements (like slippery elm) to avoid having to do the gelatin?
@team_honnas22 сағат бұрын
Yeah that seems roughly equivalent to me. Bone broth is great, it can be a bit of a hassle to make it yourself consistently though. But there are some good store bought bone broth options. Nice thing about gelatin is you can get a standard 30-40 grams every day with minimal effort.

Although visbiome is the original vsl3 formula, something seems off with it. Vsl3 was great. Visbiome seems to be causing people a lot of issues that never had problems with vsl3. I think it is the difference in manufacture. No different than medication. Some manufacturers do a better job at making the same product others make.
@team_honnasКүн бұрын
That's good to know! I might have to give VSL3 another try.
@ChappySinclairКүн бұрын
@team_honnas It stopped working for me when they stopped culturing it in dairy. They've got vsl4 now. My understanding it's the same formula but shelf stable.

That's really interesting, I haven't watched this vid yet but I originally achieved remission for over a year after following Kenny's videos. I followed the 3 or 4 strict protocols, and for the probiotic I took a UK based product called Symprove. Suddenly went into a flare up a couple months ago due to returning to bad habits, not exercising, eating processed garbage etc. This time I couldn't get back into remission, and the only thing to my knowledge which was different was that I started taking Visbiome alongside symprove. I had a thought to stop the Visbiome probiotic and I was better within a week or two. I have no idea whether the inability to go back into remission was due to the process doubling up probiotics (maybe an overload of bacteria, too much for the body to handle), or whether a particular strain(s) in Visbiome were causing issues. Or as you pointed out, maybe even a result of the manufacturing process. Symprove does come in a liquid form with minimal additives like fillers and binders etc, additives that I believe cause issues within the gut microbiome. Some strains just might not agree with certain people, it is worth mentioning I have Chrons disease not UC, and the studies supporting Dr Simeones formula were targeted towards UC patients.

@wdyrm That's unfortunate. The original vsl3 was like a miracle pill for my crohns. I tried 3 seperate times to get the visbiome to work as I thought maybe I got a bad batch, maybe I jumped into to high of a dose or was just not eating the right stuff. It didn't matter. It just made me hurt like hell. When I started reading negative reviews on visbiome, it was from others that did well on the original vsl3 but couldn't tolerate the visbiome. I just look at like Tylenol for example. There's numerous manufacturers with the exact same formula, but some are more effective than others. Natren and florastor outside of vsl3 were the only things to help in regards to probiots. I always heard great stuff about primal defense which was Jordan Rubens original formula, but was hesitant to try a spore based probiotic. Fortunately at that time vsl3 worked. Now primal defense is owned by nestle.

i find these videos really dangerous. I have CU and 5 years ago i followed your protocol with a smoothy with tons of bananas, cacaopowder and blueberries as breakfast, which in the end lead to sibo and NAFLD because i did not use all the excess fructose. The effect on my large intestine was good but i destroyed my small intestine and my liver.To me it appeared as most importantly, you get as much probiotics and prebiotics in. 5 years later, im still suffering. Without your videos this would probably have never happened. btw, next year i will be listed for a liver transplant. thanks.
@Jess33-w1oКүн бұрын
DadooM88 can you explain exactly what you took that led to your sibo? I'm so sorry this happened to you😢
@aliesmaili683Күн бұрын
Check put my reply brother. I tried it and although I failed twice, I did experience a period of 7 month remission which then went back because of emotional trauma and stress.

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m truly sorry to hear about everything you’ve been through- it sounds like this has been such a long and difficult journey, and I can only imagine how frustrating this must feel for you. From my understanding, NAFLD is generally a complex condition with multiple contributing factors, like overall calorie intake, metabolism, genetics, and lifestyle habits. While excessive fructose can play a role, I wonder if there might have been other factors that could have contributed over time as well? You also mentioned SIBO, which can be very tricky and highly variable between individuals. It seems that high intakes of fruits, like in smoothies, can affect people differently depending on the composition of their gut microbiome, which might help explain why experiences can vary so much. I also want to be clear that I’m only sharing my own experiences and what has worked for me, in the hope that it might help others. I know everyone’s health journey is unique, and each person has specific needs and starting points. That’s why I always encourage anyone considering dietary or lifestyle changes to discuss them with their doctors beforehand and only proceed with their doctor’s approval. It’s so important to have tailored approaches that take individual circumstances into account. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and I’m very sorry you’re going through this. Wishing you the very best moving forward, and I truly hope you’re able to get the support and relief you need.
